Tako kod nekih osoba stres mo\u017ee biti motivacija za postizanje ciljeva u \u017eivotu, rje\u0161avanje postoje\u0107ih problema, no neke ljude stres u potpunosti li\u0161ava samopouzdanja \u0161to se manifestuje na razli\u010dite na\u010dine. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i je problem hrana, a mnogo se ljudi &#8220;smiruje&#8221; hranom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stres i hrana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Takvi pojedinci obi\u010dno pose\u017eu za prvom stvari koja \u0107e im smanjiti pritisak, a to je kod mnogih naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e hrana. Iako se misli da stres poja\u010dava apetit, to pravilo ne vrijedi kod svakoga, no ipak visok nivo kortizola, do kojeg dolazi kod kroni\u010dnog stresa, mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati apetit i unos hrane te skladi\u0161tenje masno\u0107a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalorije prikupljene pod uticajem stresa naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se talo\u017ee na trbuhu, a stalna i neuta\u017eiva \u017eelja za grickalicama znak je da se valja baviti izvorima stresa u abdomenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stres naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e poti\u010de na konzumaciju namirnica koje su prepune kalorija i siroma\u0161ne prehrambenim vrijednostima pa su njegovi u\u010dinci razli\u010diti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neki pose\u017eu za slatkim, drugi osje\u0107aju potrebu za slanom hranom, a tre\u0107i imaju \u017eelju za svakojakim grickalicama bogatim masno\u0107ama koje su najve\u0107i neprijatelj vitkoj liniji. Osim \u0161to stres uzrokuje pove\u0107ano uzimanje u pravilu nezdrave hrane, stres se vrlo brzo &#8220;obru\u0161ava&#8221; na op\u0161te zdravlje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opadanje kose jedna je od uobi\u010dajenih manifestacija stresa. Stalno lu\u010denje hormona stresa mo\u017ee dovesti do nastanka brojnih zdrastvenih problema, a to je najprije naru\u0161avanje hormonalne ravnote\u017ee koja domino-efektom dovodi do sr\u010danih problema, dijabetesa, visokog krvnog pritiska i debljine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Svakodnevno se suo\u010davamo sa stresom, a njegovo je djelovanje razli\u010dito kod svakog pojedinca.
