Za osobe koje imaju dijabetes va\u017eno je kontrolisati unos ugljikohidrata, ali to ne zna\u010di da ne mogu u\u017eivati u kola\u010dima!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kremasti kola\u010d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj&nbsp;<strong>kremasti kola\u010d bez \u0161e\u010dera<\/strong> ima samo par sastojaka (od kojih su indijski ora\u0161\u010di\u0107i glavni), a veoma se jednostavno pravi.&nbsp; Prije pripreme svi sastojci trebali bi biti topline sobne temperature. Za pripremu ovog ukusnog kremastog kola\u010da potrebni su sljede\u0107i sastojci:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sastojci za koru<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 g indijskih ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a (natopljenih preko no\u0107i)<\/li><li>150 ml <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bademovo_mlijeko\">bademovog mlijeka<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li>1 \u010dajna \u017elica cimeta<\/li><li>1&nbsp;jaje<\/li><li>2 \u010dajne \u017elice zasla\u0111iva\u010da po \u017eelji<\/li><li>2 ju\u0161ne \u017elice&nbsp;kokosovog ulja.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sastojci za kremu<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 g indijskih ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a (natopljenih preko no\u0107i)<\/li><li>150 ml bademovog mlijeka<\/li><li>3 ju\u0161ne \u017elice kokosovog ulja<\/li><li>1 \u010dajna \u017elica <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/evo-kako-da-napravite-ulje-od-cimeta-i-koje-su-njegove-zdravstvene-prednosti\/\">cimeta<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>>><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/sta-snizava-secer-u-krvi\/\">Ove namirnice mogu sniziti \u0161e\u0107er u krvi<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na 170\u00b0C. Dodajte sve sastojke (osim kokosovog ulja) za podlogu u procesor hrane ili blender i miksajte dok se svi sastojci sjedine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dodajte otopljeno kokosovo ulje i promije\u0161ajte smjesu. Smjesu stavite u kalup za pe\u010denje oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje. Pecite 20-25 minuta pa pustite da se ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako biste napravili kremu, izblendajte indijske ora\u0161\u010di\u0107e i bademovo mlijeko u procesoru hrane dok ne stvore kremu pa umije\u0161ajte otopljeno kokosovo ulje. Kremu rasporedite po podlozi i pustite da sve zajedno odstoji barem 2 sata. Za pripremu ovog kola\u010da potrebni su sljede\u0107i sastojci:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>6 ju\u0161nih \u017elica kakaa u prahu<\/li><li>3 ju\u0161nih \u017elica kokosovog bra\u0161na<\/li><li>160 g zasla\u0111iva\u010da u granulama (eritrit ili kokosov \u0161e\u0107er)<\/li><li>1 \u00bd \u010dajna \u017elica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/li><li>\u215b \u010dajne \u017elice soli<\/li><li>220 g maslaca ili kokosovog ulja<\/li><li>50 g nezasla\u0111ene&nbsp;tamne \u010dokolade<\/li><li>4 jaja<\/li><li>250 g nezasla\u0111enog umaka od jabuka<\/li><li>1 \u010dajna \u017elica&nbsp;ekstrakta vanilije.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za preljev<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>125 g malina<\/li><li>2 \u010dajne \u017elice zasla\u0111iva\u010da po \u017eelji<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na 170\u00b0C i namastite kalup. U velikoj zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte kakao u prahu, kokosovo bra\u0161no, zasla\u0111iva\u010d,&nbsp;pra\u0161ak za pecivo&nbsp;i sol. Dobro pomije\u0161ajte i ostavite po strani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U maloj zdjeli na laganoj vatri otopite maslac ili kokosovo ulje i tamnu \u010dokoladu uz povremeno mije\u0161anje. Kada se otope i pomije\u0161aju ostavite po strani par minuta da se ohlade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U zasebnoj zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte jaja, umak od jabuka i ekstrakt vanilije. Smjesu s jajima dodajte suhoj smjesi iz drugog koraka i dobro pomije\u0161ajte sve. Smjesi dodajte otopljenu \u010dokoladu i opet sve dobro promije\u0161ajte. Stavite smjesu u nama\u0161\u0107eni kalup ravnomjerno i pecite 25 do 30 minuta. Kada se u potpunosti ohladi stavite u fri\u017eider na par sati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dok se kola\u010d hladi napravite umak. U procesoru hrane izmiksajte maline i zasla\u0111iva\u010d po \u017eelji dok ne postanu kao umak.
