Dijetetska vlakna koja se nalaze u \u0161ljivama poma\u017eu pri sni\u017eavanju holesterola u krvi, te \u0161tite srce i krvne sudove od nastanka velikog broja oboljenja. Bitno je da hermeti\u010dku bocu napunite vodom, pa u nju dodate \u0161ljive. Najbolje je da mje\u0161avina odstoji jednu sedmicu u fri\u017eideru a nakon tog je ovaj <strong>\u010darobni napitak<\/strong> spreman da se procijedi i na kraju popije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako ga konzumirate? Svako jutro, prije nego \u0161to bilo \u0161ta pojedete, popijte 1 \u010da\u0161u ovog doma\u0107eg lijeka i va\u0161i rezultati \u0107e biti vidljivi!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suhe \u0161ljive protiv zatvora<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim sposobnosti vlakana da vam probavu odr\u017eavaju redovitom, <strong>sok od \u0161ljiva<\/strong>&nbsp;je i vrlo u\u010dinkovit laksativ. Razlog tomu je visoka razina sorbitola, \u0161e\u0107ernog alkohola koji se polako razgra\u0111uje i proizvodi laksativni u\u010dinak. Sok sadr\u017ei 6,1 mg sorbitola na 100 g, a sama \u0161ljiva sadr\u017ei 14,7 mg u sli\u010dnom dijelu od 100 g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kombinaciji sa sadr\u017eajem od hranjivih tvari, \u0161ljive su postale popularni prirodni laksativ, osobito me\u0111u starijim osobama. Dakle, ako imate problema sa zatvorom, poku\u0161ajte pijuckati ovaj ukusni sok od \u0161ljiva.<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suha \u0161ljiva za kosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desetak suhih \u0161ljiva dnevno smanjuje rizik od <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/osteoporoza-lijecenje\/\"><strong>osteoporoze<\/strong><\/a> i prijeloma kostiju, koji s godinama raste, posebno kod \u017eena koje su iza\u0161le iz menopauze, pokazalo je istra\u017eivanje provedeno na sveu\u010dili\u0161tu u Floridi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tokom istra\u017eivanja lije\u010dnici su pratili zdravstveno stanje 100 ispitanica koje su iza\u0161le iz menopauze, koje su bile podijeljene u dvije grupe. Prva grupa u kojoj je bilo 55 \u017eena je godinu dana jela oko 100 gr, ili desetak suhih \u0161ljiva dnevno, a u drugoj kontrolnoj grupi bilo je 45 \u017eena koje su jele su\u0161ene jabuke. Sve \u017eene uzimale su preporu\u010dene dnevne doze kalcija i vitamina D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analize su pokazale kako \u017eene koje su konzumirale suhe \u0161ljive imaju znatno bolju gusto\u0107u kostiju od onih u drugoj grupi.
