Sto grama punomasnog jogurta sadr\u017ei 111 mg minerala, a light verzija sadr\u017ei jo\u0161 i vi\u0161e minerala &#8211; 120 mg na 100 g. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sli\u010dne vrijednosti imaju i punomasno i polumasno mlijeko.
