Nedostatak minerala protiv stresa mo\u017ee se ispraviti konzumiranjem spana\u0107a, brokolija, tunjevine, banana ili badema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psiholozi su nedavno utvrdili i da ljudi koji unose premalo selena ispoljavaju anksioznost, depresiju i zamor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hrana za dobro raspolo\u017eenje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Korisno je uzeti brazilski orah, koji raste na tlu bogatom selenom, ili pojesti obrok spremljen od morskih plodova, brokoli, pe\u010durke, luk, p\u0161eni\u010dne klice ili makrobioti\u010dke proizvode u kojima je sa\u010duvano cijelo zrno \u017eitarice. Konzumiranje masnih riba iz sjevernog mora, koje obiluju masnim kiselinama omega-3, tako\u0111e smanjuje simptome depresije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I orasi koji sadr\u017ee selen, mineral koji je sna\u017ean antioksidans, i koji doprinosi na\u0161em boljem raspolo\u017eenju i energiji. Zanimljivo je da talijanska pasta, pecivo, krompir i pirina\u010d daju na\u0161em organizmu neophodnu snagu i polet zbog ugljenih hidrata koji se pretvaraju u \u0161e\u0107ere i snabdjevaju nas energijom tokom du\u017eeg perioda u toku dana&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aminokiselina tirozin koja nam ubrizgava adrenalin &#8211; \u201ehormon energije\u201d &#8211; potreban za motivaciju i fizi\u010dku aktivnost, nalazi se u pile\u0107em i pure\u0107em mesu, dok se \u017eeljezo, bez koga se osje\u0107amo depresivno, nalazi u crvenim mesima i spana\u0107u. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kapsaicin u hrani za \u0161ta je dobar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapsicin u ljutim papri\u010dicama poti\u010de mozak da proizvodi endorfine &#8211; hormone sre\u0107e, \u0161to znaju gurmani \u0161irom svijeta.\u00a0Nutricionisti obja\u0161njavaju da \u010dokolada sadr\u017ei ugljene hidrate koji vrlo brzo, u vidu \u0161e\u0107era, dospijevaju u mozak i hrane ga. Da to ne bismo iskusili, potrebno je da pijemo vodu &#8211; devet \u010da\u0161a te\u010dnosti dnevno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kafa i \u010daj mogu pogor\u0161ati dehidriranost, naro\u010dito ako radimo na stresnom radnom mjestu.
