Ustanovljeno je da \u010dak 75 posto od ukupno \u0161esnaest miliona Holan\u0111ana jede manje ribe, vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a nego \u0161to se preporu\u010duje. Svake godine lo\u0161a ishrana izaziva 13.000 smrtnih slu\u010dajeva \u010diji su uzrok dijabetes, kardiovaskularne bolesti i rak, dok od sr\u010danih bolesti i raka izazvanih gojazno\u0161\u0107u umire 7.000 Holan\u0111ana godi\u0161nje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo\u0161a ishrana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Holandski istra\u017eiva\u010di tako\u0111e tvrde da bi se izbjeglo oko 25 posto ozbiljnih bolesti i smrtnih slu\u010dajeva izazvanih gojazno\u0161\u0107u kad bi svi odrasli Holan\u0111ani oslabili za po tri kilograma.&nbsp;\u201eNaro\u010dito je va\u017eno nastojati na smanjenju unosa zasi\u0107enih i transmasnih kiselina, a u korist uno\u0161enja ribe, vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a\u201d, ka\u017ee se u izvje\u0161taju RIVM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zasi\u0107ene i transmasne kiseline nalaze se u \u017eivotinjskim mastima, tropskim uljima kao \u0161to su kokosovo i palmino, kao i u drugim biljnim uljima koja su rafinisana.
