Pravi se vrlo jednostavno i brzo. Tajni sastojak koji mu daje mekanu i pjenastu teksturu, u ovom slu\u010daju je&nbsp;<strong>pra\u0161ak za pecivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kruh bez kvasca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za fermentaciju:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>280 ml hladnog&nbsp;mlijeka<\/li><li>200 g bijelog bra\u0161na<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ostali sastojci koji su vam potrebni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>150 g <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bra%C5%A1no\"><strong>bra\u0161na<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>25 g pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/li><li>25 g&nbsp;maslaca<\/li><li>1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<\/li><li>Malo \u0161e\u0107era<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priprema kruh bez kvasca:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pomije\u0161ate&nbsp;mlijeko&nbsp;i&nbsp;bra\u0161no&nbsp;(280 ml hladnog mlijeka, 200 g bijelog bra\u0161na) pa prekrijte posudu i ostavite 30 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U drugu posudu pomije\u0161ate ostale&nbsp;sastojke, bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, maslac, so i \u0161e\u0107er, pa ih nakon 30 minuta, dodajte u onu u kojoj ste prethodno pomje\u0161ali mlijeko i bra\u0161no. Dobro sve izmije\u0161ate dok se sve ne sjedini i tijesto bude bez grudvica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zagrijete&nbsp;rernu&nbsp;na 210 stepeni , a pleh prema\u017eite uljem. Da bi se zadr\u017eala vla\u017enost, a tijesto bilo mek\u0161e, pleh prije pe\u010denja prekrijete papirom za pe\u010denje. Ostavite na toplom mjestu prekriveno krpom da stoji i&nbsp;raste oko 15 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stavite malo bra\u0161na na dlanove i&nbsp;napravite kuglice od tijesta.&nbsp;Potom prstima razvla\u010dite i oblikujte lepinje. Ako se tijesto jako lijepi za ruke, mo\u017eete oblikovati tijesto u&nbsp;tiganju uz pomo\u0107 ka\u0161ike ili lopatice za okretanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ugrijete&nbsp;malo ulja u tavi i&nbsp;stavite unutra lepinjicu&nbsp;(ili kuglicu koju \u0107ete tu oblikovati).
