Mre\u017ea mi\u0161i\u0107nih vlakana \u0107e se zategnuti i ne\u0107e dopustiti da se mast provu\u010de do povr\u0161ine. Uz to, vi\u0161e mi\u0161i\u0107a zna\u010di i vi\u0161e sagorijevanja masti, a vi\u0161e sagorijevanja masti zna\u010di manje masti za proizvodnju celulita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako budete izvodili ove vje\u017ebe 2 do 3 puta sedmi\u010dno, posti\u0107i \u0107ete veoma dobre rezultate. Svaku vje\u017ebu izvedite 8 do 10 puta, a zatim prije\u0111ite na sljede\u0107u. Rukama dr\u017eite ravnote\u017eu \u2013 tijekom izvo\u0111enja \u010du\u010dnja na jednoj nozi, ruke pomi\u010dite prema naprijed i na kraju spojite prste. Oslanjajte se na pete prilikom \u010du\u010dnjeva, a potom se lagano vratite u po\u010detni polo\u017eaj. Raskorak treba biti \u0161iri od \u0161irine ramena, a prsti usmjereni prema naprijed. Prebacite te\u017einu na jednu nogu, savijaju\u0107i koljeno sve dok ne dostigne ugao od 90 stepeni. Druga noga mora biti ravna. Jednu nogu naslonite na stolicu ili neko uzvi\u0161enje koje je postavljeno iza vas, s petom prema gore. Drugu nogu savijte u koljenu, spu\u0161taju\u0107i tijelo prema podu dok se oba koljena ne saviju pod kutom od 90 stepeni. Ako vam se koljeno prednje noge protegne ispred zgloba prilikom spu\u0161tanja, potrebno je nogu u po\u010detnom polo\u017eaju pomaknuti jo\u0161 malo naprijed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U povratku u po\u010detni polo\u017eaj zategnite mi\u0161i\u0107e gluteusa, zadr\u017eavaju\u0107i te\u017einu na prednjoj nozi. Stanite u normalan raskorak s utezima u rukama, ispred tijela. Zategnite trbu\u0161njake i zadr\u017eite le\u0111a ravnim dok lagano savijate koljena spu\u0161taju\u0107i utege prema podu.
