Osim \u0161to su izvrsnog okusa, jagode su izuzetno zdrave te mogu sprije\u010diti nastanak raznih bolesti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samo 150 grama<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jagoda\">jagoda<\/a> <\/strong>dovoljno je da osigura neophodnu dnevnu koli\u010dinu vitamina koji se unose kroz vo\u0107e, tvrde stru\u010dnjaci. To je otprilike osam jagoda na dan, koje i djeci i odraslima daju potrebnu koli\u010dinu vitamina C i biljnih fenola. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jagoda je veoma zdravo vo\u0107e i djelotvorna je kod <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/giht-prirodni-lijek-oblozi-soda-bikarbona\/\"><strong>gihta<\/strong><\/a>, avitaminoze, malaksalosti, malokrvnosti, hemoroida, arterioskleroze, visokog krvnog pritiska.
