Za razliku od tradicionalnog dugog kuhanja <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/pekmez-od-jabuka-kao-lijek\/\"><strong>pekmez od jabuka kao lijek<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0prirodno je sredstvo za pobolj\u0161anje probave, pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje krvi i pove\u0107anje \u017eeljeza kod ljudi koji pate od\u00a0<strong>anemije<\/strong>.  za ovu poslasticu vam je potrebno 30-40 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci za pekmez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 kg jabuka<\/li><li>cimet<\/li><li>350 ml vode<\/li><li>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/limun-kao-lijek\/\"><strong>limun<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>3 \u017elice cimeta u prahu<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema pekmeza<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jabuke prvo ogulite, operite i nakon toga nare\u017eite na manje komadi\u0107e<\/li><li>Kada ste ih narezali stavite ih u blender i usitnite tako da na kraju dobijete ukusnu ka\u0161u<\/li><li>Dobivenoj smjesi dodajte limun, vodu i cimet te sve dobro promije\u0161ajte<\/li><li>Smjesu stavite da se kuha na laganoj vatri i maknite je nakon 30 do 40 minuta<\/li><li>Pekmez dok je jo\u0161 vru\u0107 pospremite u posebne teglice, zaklopite i \u010duvajte na hladnom i tamnom mjestu<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sterilizacija staklenki<\/strong> &#8211; Prije ulijevanja vru\u0107eg pekmeza u staklenke, potrebno ih je zajedno s poklopcima dobro oprati u vodi i sterilizirati u pe\u0107nici. Okrenute otvorenom prema dolje na 100-150\u00b0C desetak minuta. Staklenke \u0107e biti vru\u0107e stoga uzmite rukavicu i odmah ih okrenite otvorom prema gore kako bi vlaga mogla iza\u0107i. Vratite ih u pe\u0107nicu na brzo su\u0161enje na 2-3 minute na istoj temperaturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za staklenke koje imaju hermeti\u010dki poklopac smanjite vrijeme steralizacije i temperaturu pe\u0107nice kako ne bi o\u0161tetili gumu na poklopcu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasterizacija pekmeza od jabuka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon sterilizacije staklenki, a nakon ulijevanja vru\u0107eg pekmeza u njih, potrebno je napraviti <strong>pasterizaciju<\/strong> &#8211; stvaranje vakuma u staklenkama. S obzirom na to da kod zimnica koje se pripremaju ukuhavanjem ovaj postupak nije ina\u010de potreban jer vru\u0107i zrak iz pekmeza u vru\u0107oj staklenci sam vakumira staklenku.
