Svi volimo za doru\u010dak namazati nekog ukusnog \u0111ema ili marmelade, stoga je pravo vrijeme da se priprema slatka zimnica, recepti su raznovrsni na vama je da birate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doma\u0107e, neprskano vo\u0107e baza je za izradu slatke zimnice, pa je uvijek bolje obi\u0107i tr\u017enicu nego kupovati vo\u0107e u trgovini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbolji pekmezi i d\u017eemovi pripremaju se od zrelog vo\u0107a. Upravo zbog slatko\u0107e ploda pri kuhanju se tada mo\u017ee smanjiti koli\u010dina \u0161e\u0107era.&nbsp;Kod pripreme \u0161ljiva naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se koriste sorte bistrica i \u010da\u010danka, no preporu\u010duju se i crvene, kinesko-japanske, sorte.&nbsp;Pekmez \u0107e se br\u017ee skuhati ako \u0161ljive nare\u017eete, pospete \u0161e\u0107erom i ostavite u hladnjaku preko no\u0107i. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Slatka zimnica <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u017eem od slatkih marelica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 kg marelica<\/li><li>1 kg \u0161e\u0107era<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><br>Marelice operite, o\u010distite od ko\u0161pica i izre\u017eite o\u0161te\u0107ene dijelove plodova. Pomije\u0161ajte ih sa \u0161e\u0107erom i ostavite da odstoje nekoliko sati kako bi pustile sok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potom&nbsp; kuhajte na jakoj vatri od 10 do 15 minuta stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i. Pri kraju kuhanja uklonite vi\u0161ak pjene. Gotovi d\u017eem sipajte u vru\u0107e i sterilizirane tegle. No, od dunja se mo\u017ee napraviti i jako ukusan i aromati\u010dan d\u017eem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 kg <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/ljekovitost-dunje\/\"><strong>zrelih dunja<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li> 3 \u2013 4 jabuke<\/li><li> \u0161e\u0107er<\/li><li> 1 \u2013 2 limuna<\/li><li>kristal-\u0161e\u0107er<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:&nbsp;<\/strong>O\u010di\u0161\u0107eno ve\u0107e vo\u0107e prepolovite, a manje ostavite cijelo. Prelijte vodom tako da ga potpuno prekrije pa kuhajte dok se ne raspadne.&nbsp;Tvrde dijelove sklonimo, a ostatak propasirajte. Dobivenu ka\u0161u izva\u017eite, pa dodajte jednaku&nbsp;koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era i limunov sok. Kuhajte uz mije\u0161anje dok se ne stvrdne i odljepljuje s kuha\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duguljast lim oblo\u017eite aluminijskom folijom pa rasporedite smjesu. Ostavite da odstoji najmanje 24 sata na toplome mjestu. Sir izvadite iz&nbsp;kalupa i uvaljajte u kristal-\u0161e\u0107er. Ako ste ljubitelj slatkog, pekmezu mo\u017eete dodati&nbsp;<strong>agavin sirup<\/strong>&nbsp;ili&nbsp;<strong>steviju<\/strong>&nbsp;(na ambala\u017ei obi\u010dno pi\u0161e koju koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era zamjenjuje).<\/li><li>Zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na&nbsp;250 stepeni&nbsp;i stavite da se pe\u0107e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/dzem-od-sljiva-recept\/\"><strong>slatka zimnica od \u0161ljiva<\/strong><\/a>. Smokve dodati u predhodno pripremljeni sirup od vode i \u0161e\u0107era i kuhati na tihoj vatri jo\u0161 90-120 minuta. Pred kraj kuhanja dodati na kolutove isje\u010den, limun. Gotovo&nbsp;<strong>slatko od smokava<\/strong>&nbsp;skloniti sa \u0161poreta, prekriti ga mokrom krpom i ostaviti da se ohladi. Ohla\u0111eno slatko sipati u tegle i dobro zatvoriti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pekmez od jabuka i bundeve<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Potrebni sastojci su:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g jabuka<\/li><li>500 g butternut tikve<\/li><li>1 \u0161alica vode<\/li><li>300 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li><li>\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice cimeta<\/li><li>sok od 1 limuna <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bundevu ogulite i nare\u017eite na manje kockice. Kockice bundeve stavite u lonac i prelijte vodom, pa kuhajte dok malo ne omek\u0161aju. Po potrebi dodajte jo\u0161 vode. Kada bundeva malo omek\u0161a dodajte oguljene, o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene i na kockice narezane jabuke. Pekmez kuhajte 20-tak minuta dok jabuke i bundeva skroz ne omek\u0161aju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tapnim mikserom usitnite preostale komadi\u0107e, dodajte limunov sok i cimet pa kuhajte sve jo\u0161 kratko dok ne dobijete pekmez \u017eeljene gusto\u0107e. Kuhani pekmez sipajte u sterilizirane staklenke (oprane i zagrijane u pe\u0107nici) te ih zatvorite metalnim poklopcem. Dodati gro\u017e\u0111e i kuhati uz povremeno protresanje \u0161erpe, skidati pjenu. Kuha se oko 40 min. Na kraju dodati limun isje\u010den na tanke \u0161nite i kuhati jo\u0161 desetak minuta. \u0160erpu prekriti sa vla\u017enom krpom i ostaviti da se slatko ohladi. Sipati u \u010diste i sterilisane tegle, hermeti\u010dki zatvoriti i ostaviti na tamno i suho mjesto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iskoristite bogatstvo vo\u0107a na pijacama i nek zamiri\u0161e <strong>slatka zimnica <\/strong>u va\u0161im domovima, recepti su bez konzervansa, tradicionalni, isprobani i ukusni&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Slatka zimnica kompoti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potrebno je:<\/strong> po\u00a0potrebi vo\u0107e, po\u00a0potrebi \u0161e\u0107er, po\u00a0potrebi voda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Univerzalni recept za kompot provjeren za sljede\u0107e vrste vo\u0107a: jagode, maline, kupine, vi\u0161nje, marelice, tre\u0161nje, kru\u0161ke, jabuke, breskve, nektarine, kajsije, \u0161ljive i dunje. <\/li><li>Vo\u0107e je potrebno oprati i odstraniti sjemenke\/ko\u0161tice. Vo\u0107e sjeckati na komade \u017eeljene veli\u010dine, ljep\u0161e je sitnije pa redati u teglu. Kad do\u0111ete do tre\u0107ine tegle, stavite preko vo\u0107a dvije ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era (koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era naravno prilagodite svom ukusu). Nastavite da redate vo\u0107e, na drugu tre\u0107inu opet stavite \u0161e\u0107er, i tako jo\u0161 jednom dok stignete do vrha tegle. Zatim u teglu sipajte vodu, napunite ba\u0161 do vrha, i zatvorite novim zatvara\u010dima (ili onima koji su \u010disti odozdo, bez hr\u0111e). <\/li><li>U \u0161erpu-lonac, gdje planirate da kuhate kompot, ulijte malo vode. Zatim na dno stavit pe\u0161kir. Tegle uvijajte u stari papir, tako da vi\u0161e papira bude na dnu tegle. Tegle poredajte u lonac, i nalijte vodu do poklopaca. <\/li><li>Tegle prekrite jo\u0161 jednim pe\u0161kirom. Stavite na ringlu i postepeno poja\u010davajte temperaturu (krenite od 1, pa 2, dok voda ne provrije). \u010cim voda provrije, isklju\u010dite temperaturu, i ostavite da se tegle ohlade u loncu na ringli. Pripremite staklenke. Breskve slo\u017eite u staklenke. Prelijte ih skuhanim mlakim sirupom od 25 dag meda i 0,3 l vode.
