Postoji nekoliko oblika vitamina K, zavisno o izvoru. Saznajte u kojoj se hrani najvi\u0161e nalazi <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vitamini\"><strong><em>vitamin K<\/em><\/strong><\/a> i za\u0161to je zeleno lisnato povr\u0107e njegov najva\u017eniji prirodni izvor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vitamin K1<\/strong> nalazi se u biljnim namirnicama, posebno u zelenom lisnatom povr\u0107u. <strong>Vitamin K2<\/strong> sadr\u017ee namirnice \u017eivotinjskog podrijetla. Manje koli\u010dine <strong>vitamina K2<\/strong> na\u0161 organizam sam proizvodi pomo\u0107u bakterija u crijevima. <strong>Vitamin K3<\/strong> dobiva se sintetski. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Simptomi nedostatka vitamina K<\/strong> mogu biti krvarenje iz nosa, duga krvarenja pri ozljedama i rane koje sporo zarastaju, jaka krvarenja tokom mjese\u010dnice.
