Izme\u0111u 71 i 80 kg, dozvoljeno je 20 poena. Izme\u0111u 81 i 90 kg &#8211; 24 poena, a izme\u0111u 91 i 100 kg &#8211; 26.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Broj poena zavisi od hranljive i kalorijske vrijednosti svake namirnice. Povr\u0107e i vo\u0107e s malo \u0161e\u0107era nose 0 poena (tikvice, brokula, celer, \u0161ampinjoni, krastavac, patlid\u017ean, \u0161pinat, mahune, poriluk, luk, sve vrste zelene salate, paradajz&#8230; sve osim krumpira, kukuruza i gra\u0161ka; jabuke, kajsije, ananas, \u201eklementine\u201c, jagode, maline, kivi, lubenica, nektarine, grejpfrut, breskve, kru\u0161ke, naran\u010de). Meso, riba i povr\u0107e koje sadr\u017ei \u0161krob nose dva poena po porciji, dok neke namirnice nose mnogo vi\u0161e, ali pogledajte tabelu! Kad je rije\u010d o namirnicama s mnogo \u0161e\u0107era (kola\u010di) i pi\u0107ima, ne preporu\u010duje se da tjedni zbir pre\u0111e 14 poena.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Poene uskladite s potrebama: ova \u201eelasti\u010dna\u201c dijeta dozvoljava da dnevno \u201eu\u0161tedite\u201c do 4 poena koje treba da potro\u0161ite istog tjedna.
