Me\u0111utim, jedna nova, obimna me\u0111unarodna studija sada pokazuje da hrana bogata celulozom nema nikakav uticaj na rak debelog crijeva, \u0161to naravno ne zna\u010di da je ne treba jesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zrnasta hrana, \u017eitarice, povr\u0107e i vo\u0107e, dobar su izvor celuloze. Mnogo ljudi vjeruje da uno\u0161enje vo\u0107a, povr\u0107a, \u017eitarica i zrnaste hrane, mo\u017ee da smanji opasnost od kolorektalnog kancera, odnosno raka debelog crijeva. Me\u0111utim, rezultati brojnih istra\u017eivanja nisu ujedna\u010deni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Celuloza u hrani<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neka pokazuju za\u0161titne efekte, druga pove\u0107anu opasnost, a ima i onih koja ka\u017eu da ne postoji nikakav uticaj. U ovoj tre\u0107oj kategoriji je i nova studija objavljena u \u00abJournal of the American Medical Association\u00bb. Doktor Stefani Smit Vorner i njene kolege sa Fakulteta za javno zdravlje Harvardskog univerziteta u Bostonu, analizirale su rezultate 13 istra\u017eivanja u kojima je pra\u0107eno zdravlje i uticaj uno\u0161enja celuloze kod ukupno 725 hiljada ljudi u Sjevernoj Americi i Europi, tokom dvadesetak godina. Otprilike osam hiljada ispitanika se razboljelo od raka debelog crijeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abUstanovili smo da su ljudi koji unose ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu celuloze u istoj opasnosti da dobiju rak debelog crijeva, kao i oni koji jedu manje hrane bogate celulozom.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nema zna\u010daja ni vrsta celuloze. U europskim istra\u017eivanjima koja je prou\u010dio tim sa Harvarda, radi se prete\u017eno o \u017eitaricama, dok su vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e bili glavni izvori celuloze u sjevernoameri\u010dkim istra\u017eivanjima. Ipak, uno\u0161enje ve\u0107e koli\u010dine celuloze bar neznatno smanjuje opasnost od kolorektalnog kancera i tako\u0111er doprinosi smanjenju sr\u010danih oboljenja i opasnosti od dijabetesa, \u0161to zna\u010di \u2013 da uno\u0161enje hrane bogate celulozom ipak nije neva\u017eno. Postoje, me\u0111utim, i drugi na\u010dini za smanjivanje rizika od tog oboljenja.
