{"id":3971,"date":"2012-08-29T20:48:27","date_gmt":"2012-08-29T19:48:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=3971"},"modified":"2023-12-05T12:17:47","modified_gmt":"2023-12-05T11:17:47","slug":"ishrana-ribom-dobra-za-kondiciju-mozga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/ishrana-ribom-dobra-za-kondiciju-mozga\/","title":{"rendered":"Ishrana ribom dobra za kondiciju mozga"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ako jedete ribu jednom nedjeljno odr\u017eat \u0107ete mozak u dobroj kondiciji, i usporiti njegovo mentalno slabljenje uslijed starenja za tri ili \u010detiri godine, stoji u najnovijoj studiji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo istra\u017eivanje samo je jedno u nizu koje pokazuje da ishrana bogata ribom odr\u017eava mozak u dobroj kondiciji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ranijim studijama utvr\u0111eno je da ljudi koji jedu ribu imaju manji rizik od dobijanja Alchajmerove bolesti i mo\u017edanog udara. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ishrana bogata ribom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ribe kao \u0161to je losos i tuna bogate su omega-3 masnim kiselinama, \u0161to djeluje kao prevencija sr\u010danih oboljenja. U posljednjoj studiji, istra\u017eiva\u010di su mjerili rezultate jednostavnih testova memorije u koje je bilo uklju\u010deno 3,718 osoba. U\u010desnici su bili gra\u0111ani \u010cikaga stariji od 65 godina, a testove su radili tri puta tokom perioda od \u0161est godina. Oni su istovremeno popunili upitnik o tome \u0161ta jedu iz liste od 139 namirnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Utvrdili smo da ljudi koji jedu jedan obrok ribe nedjeljno odr\u017eavaju mozak u boljoj kondiciji, odnosno da njihov mozak slabi za deset posto manje u odnosu na druge ispitanike,&#8221; ka\u017ee koautor studije Martha Clare Morris, epidemiolog na medicinskom centru Univerziteta Rush. &#8220;Kod onih koji ribu jedu dva ili vi\u0161e puta nedjeljno, ta cifra iznosi oko 13 posto.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studija je objavljena u ponedjeljak na web sajtu Archives of Neurology i pojavit \u0107e se u njihovom decembarskom \u0161tampanom biltenu. Istra\u017eiva\u010di su neuspe\u0161no poku\u0161ali i da utvrde povezanost izme\u0111u omega-3 masnih kiselina i za\u0161tite slabljenja funkcija mozga. U ranijim studijama je ta povezanost utvr\u0111ena. Morris ka\u017ee da je mogu\u0107e da mo\u017eda ne\u0161to drugo vezano za ishranu ribom uti\u010de na dobru kondiciju mozga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ili je u upitniku bilo uklju\u010deno previ\u0161e namirnica tako da istra\u017eiva\u010di zbog toga nisu mogli da precizno utvrde uticaj omega-3 masnih kiselina, ka\u017ee Dr. Pascale Barberger-Gateau, koji nije bio uklju\u010den u ovu studiju, ali sprovodi sli\u010dno istra\u017eivanje na Univerzitetu Bordo u Francuskoj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U tom upitniku su bile uvr\u0161tene samo \u010detiri morske namirnice, \u0161to je premalo da bi se do\u0161lo do preciznog rezultata,&#8221; ka\u017ee Barberger-Gateau. U upitniku su uklju\u010dene \u010detiri \u0161iroke kategorije ribe i morskih plodova: sendvi\u010d sa tunjevinom; riblji \u0161tapi\u0107i\/fi\u0161burgeri\/riblji sendvi\u010di; svje\u017ea riba kao glavno jelo; i, \u0161kampi \/ jastozi \/ krabe\/rakovi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precizniji rezultati bi bili dobijeni da je u\u010desnicima izmjerena koli\u010dina omega-3 masnih kiselina u krvi, ka\u017ee Dr. William E. Connor sa Odjeljenja za klini\u010dki nutricionizam sa Medicinskog univerziteta Oregon.
