Vje\u017ebe disanja mo\u017eete da radite bilo kada i bilo gdje. Kad vas iznerviraju na poslu, umjesto pauze za kafu, napravite pauzu za disanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nau\u010dite kako pravilno disati<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za po\u010detak nau\u010dite da di\u0161ete pravilno, a to se radi ovako.
