Odgovor \u0107e vas sigurno iznenaditi!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Potro\u0161a\u010di su nerijetko u dilemi kada donose odluku o kupovini, margarin ili maslac. <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maslac\"><strong>Maslac<\/strong><\/a> va\u017ei za nezdravu namirnicu s visokim udjelom holesterola, dok se <strong>margarin<\/strong> prikazuje kao zdravija i jeftinija alternativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de kalorija, ne postoje ve\u0107e razlike izme\u0111u maslaca i margarina. U sto grama jednog i drugog nalazi se oko 720 kalorija i udio masno\u0107e od 80%. Maslac sadr\u017ei vi\u0161e \u017eivotinjskih, zasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina, te 230 mg holesterola. S druge strane, margarin se proizvodi na biljnoj bazi i sadr\u017ei nezasi\u0107ene masne kiseline koje poma\u017eu u sni\u017eavanju holesterola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Margarin ili maslac<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0160ta je zdravije maslac ili margarin?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maslac je, kao \u017eivotinjski proizvod, bogat vitaminima A i D topivim u mastima. Kako bi nadoknadili nedostatak tih vitamina u margarinu, proizvo\u0111a\u010di ih zasebno ubacuju u smjesu tokom proizvodnje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, margarin nije nu\u017eno zdraviji. Naime, uz korisne nezasi\u0107ene masne kiseline sadr\u017ei i tzv. trans masne kiseline koje nastaju postupkom ukru\u0107ivanja ulja. Trans masne kiseline pove\u0107avaju \u0161tetni LDL holesterol koji mo\u017ee za\u010depiti krvne \u017eile i uzrokovati sr\u010dani udar. Istovremeno smanjuju dobar HDL holesterol koji odstranjuje lo\u0161 holesterol iz organizma. Podatak o trans masnim kiselinama skriva se na pakovanju margarina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najzdraviji margarin ne sadr\u017ei ulja i konzervanse, ima malo soli i puno nezasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina. Kako bi se osigurala mazivost margarina bez postupka ukru\u0107ivanja ulja, neki proizvo\u0111a\u010di koriste prirodno \u010dvr\u0161\u0107e kokosovo ili palmino ulje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnevni unos maslaca ili margarina ne bi trebao biti vi\u0161i od 70 do 80 grama. Zdrave alternative su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/maslinovo-ulje-zdravlje\/\"><strong>maslinovo ulje<\/strong><\/a> i <strong>repi\u010dino ulje<\/strong> koji sadr\u017ee vi\u0161e nezasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina i omega-6 masne kiseline koje tijelo ne mo\u017ee samostalno proizvesti. Tako\u0111er, zdravija su hladno pre\u0161ana biljna ulja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mi\u0161ljenja su podijeljena do danas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Neki nutricionisti smatraju da maslac ima pozitivan u\u010dinak na zdravlje i bolesti, jer je izra\u0111en od kratkih i srednjih lanaca masnih kiselina. To je potencijal da se osje\u0107ate puno i tako obuzdati glad. Dobar je izvor vitamina A, D, E i K. topljivih u masti. Me\u0111utim, zdravstveno osvije\u0161teni ljudi uzeli su konzumiranje maslinovog ulja s kruhom ili tjesteninom umjesto maslaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Margarin je do\u0161ao kao zamjena za skupi maslac. To je bio zdraviji proizvod jer ne sadr\u017ei zasi\u0107ene masti i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/kako-sniziti-kolesterol-bez-lijekova\/\"><strong>kolesterol<\/strong><\/a>. Me\u0111utim, otkriveno je da sadr\u017ei visoku razinu trans masti koja je vrlo \u0161tetna za srce. Danas se radi margarin s gotovo nula trans masti. Oboga\u0107en je vitaminima A i D.
