Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da su odre\u0111eni vitamini i minerali u hrani koju jedemo sposobni pobolj\u0161ati na\u0161e mentalno zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mentalno_zdravlje\"><strong>Mentalno zdravlje<\/strong><\/a> nije samo odsustvo mentalnog poreme\u0107aja.
