Smatra se da poti\u010de iz tropske Afrike, ali se za primat kao njena postojbina bore i Indija i Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dinja ima zelenih i naran\u010dastih, ali su i jedne i druge podjednako so\u010dne, slatke i niskokalori\u010dne (u 100 grama 122 kJ, ili 29 kcal). Najpoznatiji svjetski kulinari Francuzi, na\u0161li su joj pedesetak na\u010dina primjene \u2013 uklju\u010duju\u0107i supe, pala\u010dinke ili slana i ljuta jela s dinjom. Kod nas se ipak koriste samo kao poslastica i ljetno osvje\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dinja nutritivna vrijednost<\/strong> &#8211; U 100 grama dinja ima 42 miligrama vitamina C, vitamina grupe B i 17 mikrograma folata, kao i 7 mikrograma vitamina A (naravno, vi\u0161e u naran\u010dastim). Imaju i mno\u0161tvo mineralnih soli: kalcijuma 11 miligrama, \u017eeljeza 0,21 mg%, magnezijuma 11, fosfora 17, kalijuma \u010ditavih 309, a natrijuma svega 9, ima i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/cink\/\"><strong>cinka<\/strong><\/a>, bakra, mangana i selena, kao i 10 mg% biljnih hormona \u2013 fitosterola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dinja zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim ploda, koji je dobar i za izbacivanje vi\u0161ka vode iz organizma, mogu se jesti i osu\u0161ene <strong>ko\u0161tice od dinje kao lijek<\/strong> koje se posebno preporu\u010duju bubre\u017enim bolesnicima s pjeskom. Dinja sadr\u017ei veliki procenat vode, skoro 90 procenata, a vrlo malo \u0161e\u0107era, oko 10 procenata. Tako\u0111er, sadr\u017ei dosta minerala i vitamina. Sto grama dinje ima 29 kalorija, \u0161to je svrstava u niskokalori\u010dno vo\u0107e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dinja vitamini i minerali<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadr\u017ei mnogo kalijuma, zbog znatnog sadr\u017eaja vitamina A, a budu\u0107i da nudi i vitamin C, kalcijum, magnezijum, fosfor, biotin i inozitol, dinju treba konzumirati u velikim koli\u010dinama. Kalijum, koga ima 300 miligramprocenata, poma\u017ee organizmu da se oslobodi vi\u0161ka natrijuma i tako smanjuje povi\u0161en krvni pritisak. Naro\u010dito su na cijeni ananas dinje, koje su aromati\u010dnog mirisa i slatkog ukusa. Dinja je osvje\u017eavaju\u0107a, ali i korisna poslastica, koja mo\u017ee da se jede i na po\u010detku obroka, i to sa dodatkom malo soli i bibera, \u0161to je \u010dini svarljivijom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Jedan svjetski gastronom je govorio da dinju ne treba jesti po\u0161e\u0107erenu ve\u0107 pobiberenu i poslije toga popiti \u010da\u0161u dobrog vina.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipak budite oprezni ukoliko imate osjetljiv stomak jer dinja mo\u017ee da djeluje nadra\u017eajno na stomak. Naime, nakon konzumacije dinje dolazi do rastvaranja digestivnih sokova, pa voda poslje dinje mo\u017ee da ubrza varenje i izazove dijareju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumpor u dinji mo\u017ee da nadra\u017ei sluznicu digestivnih organa. Da bi se ti problemi izbjegli, birajte zrelu dinju i jedite je vi\u0161e puta dnevno u manjim koli\u010dinama. Za olak\u0161anje varenja, dinja se mo\u017ee obmotati folijom i zape\u010de se 20 minuta u rerni. Zbog svoje niske nutritivne vrijednosti i malog sadr\u017eaja ugljenih hidrata, dinja ulazi u sastav mnogih dijeta za mr\u0161avljenje.
