Me\u0111utim, postoje stvari na koje i u takvoj situaciji bezna\u0111a i tuge mo\u017eemo da povedemo ra\u010duna i na taj na\u010din sa\u010duvamo svoje <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mentalno_zdravlje\"><strong>mentalno zdravlje<\/strong><\/a>. U pitanju su navike koje nesvjesno uti\u010du na dobro raspolo\u017eenje, a kojih bi trebalo odmah da se odreknete. Evo o kojim navikama je rije\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to odlu\u010dimo unijeti u svoje tijelo mo\u017ee izravno utjecati na na\u0161e mentalno zdravlje, stoga neka va\u0161a prehrana bude bogata <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/prehrana-i-mentalno-zdravlje\/\"><strong>ovim namirnicama<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Navike koje uti\u010du na raspolo\u017eenje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pogrbljeni ste<\/strong><br>Osobe koje hodaju \u201csnu\u017edeno\u201d osje\u0107aju se mnogo lo\u0161ije i manje su sigurne u sebe od onih koji se dr\u017ee uspravno i hodaju s podignutom glavom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sve fotografi\u0161ete<\/strong><br>Ako mislite da \u0107ete se gledanjem fotografija lak\u0161e sje\u0107ati svega \u0161to ste vidjeli, grije\u0161ite. Onda ste pod gadnim stresom i trebalo bi da posjetite psihologa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obavljate vi\u0161e radnji u isto vrijeme<\/strong><br>Ako mislite da je super to \u0161to obavljate vi\u0161e poslova u isto vrijeme, varate se.
