Me\u0111utim, za zdravu ishranu je najva\u017enije da jedete zdravu hranu. Donosimo vam spisak koja je hrana sa najmanje kalorija. Na ovom spisku se nalaze namirnice koje su pune hranljivih sastojaka i kalorije su prakti\u010dno zanemarljive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hrana sa najmanje kalorija<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karfiol <\/strong>je hrana koja nema kalorija u sebi. Karfiol je odli\u010dna namirnica u borbi protiv raka, sadr\u017ei hranljive sastojke i vitamine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kafa<\/strong> tako\u0111er nema kalorija. Dakle, kada sljedec\u0301i put u\u017eivate u \u0161oljici kafe ne mislite o kalorijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zelena salata<\/strong> ima samo 5 kalorija! Tako\u0111er je bogat vitaminima koji su zdravi za tijelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paradajz<\/strong> ima samo 22 kalorije. Mo\u017eete ga jesti sirovog, kao salatu ili skuhan. Konzumiranje vi\u0161e paradajza daje sjaj va\u0161oj ko\u017ei i poma\u017ee da uklonite toksine iz tijela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rukola<\/strong> sadr\u017ei samo 10 kalorija u 100 grama, pa je najbolje da po\u010dnete da jedete \u0161to vi\u0161e ovog povr\u0107a. Od rukole mo\u017eete napraviti zdrav i niskokalori\u010dan obrok. Veoma je ukusna sa sirom i maslinovim uljem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 grama <strong>krastavaca<\/strong> sadr\u017ei 16 kalorija. Krastavci se uglavnom sastoje od vode. Ako ste u prilici da kupite organski uzgajane krastavce, jedite ih sa korom jer sadr\u017ei dosta beta-karotena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 grama <strong>gra\u0161ka<\/strong> sadr\u017ei samo 35 kalorija, ali i mno\u0161tvo vlakana i proteina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 grama <strong>bundeve<\/strong> sadr\u017ei svega 25 kalorija. Ova namirnica je bogata vodom, vlaknima i beta-karotenom, Bundeve sadr\u017ee mno\u0161tvo vitamina i minerala. Posebno su bogate vitaminima A, E i C, kao i antioksidansima.
