Prvenstveno se odnosi na dijabetes, kardiovaskularne bolesti, hipertenzije, razli\u010ditih upalnih i neurodegenerativnih te psihi\u010dkih bolesti, naro\u010dito depresije, a studije su potvrdile i povoljan utjecaj mediteranske prehrane na gubitak kilograma i smanjenje indeksa tjelesne mase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temeljna pravila mediteranske prehrane<br>\u0160ta trebate jesti redovno: Povr\u0107e, vo\u0107e, ora\u0161asti plodovi, sjemenke, mahunarke, krumpir, integralne \u017eitarice, hljeb, biljni za\u010dini, za\u010dini, riba, plodovi mora i ekstra djevi\u010dansko maslinovo ulje.<br>\u0160to jesti umjereno: Perad, jaja, sir i jogurt.<br>\u0160to jesti rijetko: Crveno meso<br>Nemojte jesti: Pi\u0107a zasla\u0111ena \u0161e\u0107erom, dodane \u0161e\u0107ere, prera\u0111eno meso, rafinirane \u017eitarice, rafinirana ulja i druga visoko prera\u0111ena hrana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mediteranska prehrana i zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Donosimo vam sedam razloga za\u0161to je tako zdravo jesti mediteransku hranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0160titi srce<\/strong><br>Prikupljena istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da konzumacija <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/maslinovo-ulje-za-srce\/\">maslinovog ulja jasno \u0161titi od kardiovaskularnih bolesti<\/a> <\/strong>te njihovih faktora rizika, a tako\u0111er mo\u017ee sprije\u010diti dijabetes, pretilost i bolesti povezane s kroni\u010dnom upalom. Brojna istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da osobe koje praktikuju mediteransku prehranu smanjuju rizik od <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/lijek-za-srce\/\"><strong>bolesti<\/strong> <strong>srca<\/strong><\/a> za \u010dak 47 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0160titi od karcinoma<\/strong><br>Veliko me\u0111unarodno istra\u017eivanje pokazalo je da namirnice kakvima obiluje mediteranska prehrana smanjuju \u0161anse za oboljenje od razli\u010ditih vrsta karcinoma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spre\u010dava dijabetes<\/strong><br>Mediteranska prehrana s pove\u0107anim unosom ekstra djevi\u010danskog maslinovog ulja povezana je s prosje\u010dno 40 % manjim izgledima za razvoj <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C5%A0e%C4%87erna_bolest_tip_2\"><strong>dijabetesa tipa 2<\/strong><\/a>.
