Zahvaljuju\u0107i brojnim studijama i istra\u017eivanjima, nau\u010dnici su otkrili \u0161est nevjerovatnih \u0161tetnih nuspojava redovnog jedenja \u010dipsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cips, smoki, keksi, \u010dokoladice i druge sli\u010dne grickalice nikako nisu prijatelj va\u0161eg zdravlja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo kako se vi\u0161e od 79 % ispitanika barem dva puta sedmi\u010dno po\u010dasti prera\u0111enom hranom poput navedenih slatkih i slanih grickalica. Ako i vi volite grickati dva puta sedmi\u010dno ili \u010de\u0161\u0107e, saznajte \u0161ta \u0107e se dogoditi u va\u0161em tijelu ako ih na samo dva mjeseca potpuno izbacite iz prehrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to ne jesti \u010dips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prvih nekoliko dana<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rje\u0111e glavobolje<br>Prera\u0111ena hrana sadr\u017ei brojne sastojke koji nikako nisu dobri za na\u0161e zdravlje. Glavobolja mo\u017ee nastupiti samo 20 minuta nakon jela, a prestanete li jesti namirnice koje ga sadr\u017ee pobolj\u0161anje \u0107ete osjetiti ve\u0107 nakon par dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolji san<br>Grickalice koje konzumirate prije spavanja mogu zna\u010dajno utjecati na va\u0161e zdravlje. Keksi, kiflice i pereci ili \u010dips \u0107e poremetiti razinu \u0161e\u0107era u krvi te \u0107e se ona, tokom no\u0107i i sna naglo srozati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pad \u0161e\u0107era u krvi uznemiriti \u0107e va\u0161e tijelo i razbuditi \u0107e um.
