Neizostavno jesensko povr\u0107e je <strong>kukuruz<\/strong>, koji se kasnije \u010desto upotrebljava kao slastan sastojak mnogih jela. Ne zaboravite na <strong>ciklu i kupus<\/strong>, koji su tako\u0111er prave riznice zdravlja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jesensko povr\u0107e za zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Grah<\/strong><br>Jesen je doba mladog graha. Prednosti su mu \u0161to se puno lak\u0161e i potpunije kuha, ne mora se namakati, a i lak\u0161e se probavlja. Grah je jedan od najboljih biljnih izvora proteina i B vitamina iz gotovo svih skupina, a siroma\u0161an je kalorijama, mastima i natrijem. Sadr\u017ei mnogo bjelan\u010devina pa njegovom upotrebom mo\u017eemo donekle nadoknaditi meso, ako ga upotpunimo \u017eitaricama, ri\u017eom, tjesteninom. Vrijedni sastojci graha poma\u017eu u o\u010duvanju zdravlja krvnih \u017eila, uravnote\u017euje razinu \u0161e\u0107era u krvi i povoljno djeluju na mentalno zdravlje. Odli\u010dan je izvor bakra, \u017eeljeza, fosfora, mangana, magnezija. Poti\u010de probavu i sprje\u010dava zatvor. Sadr\u017ei niz vitamina, ponajvi\u0161e C i B skupine, bjelan\u010devine, ugljikohidrate, te sve va\u017ene minerale, kao \u0161to su kalij, fosfor, kalcij, magnezij, \u017eeljezo, fluor, sumpor, jod, brom. Cvekla je posebno u\u010dinkovita kod anemije, naro\u010dito kod djece i mla\u0111ih osoba. Bogata je \u017eeljezom, te sadr\u017ei tvari koje sudjeluju u stvaranju vitamina B12, koji je jedan od faktora u stvaranju eritrocita u krvi. Anemija je smanjenje broja crvenih krvnih stanica, eritrocita, odnosno smanjenje koli\u010dine hemoglobina kojeg ti eritrociti nose. Crvena boja cvekle potje\u010de od antocijana, koji utje\u010de na regeneraciju krvi u organizmu. Betain i betanin iz cvekle poma\u017eu u u\u010dvr\u0161\u0107enju krvnih \u017eila, reguliranju krvnog tlaka, smanjuju kolesterol u krvi, poti\u010du metabolizam i rad jetre, a ja\u010daju i obrambeni sustav organizma. To su aktivne biljne molekule koje u suradnji s vitaminima i mineralima povoljno djeluju na zdravlje. Zato se u svje\u017eem, kiselom ili kuhanom kupusu mo\u017ee u\u017eivati \u200b\u200bbez straha od kalorija. Bogat je pak vitaminima i mineralima. Najvi\u0161e sadr\u017ei kalija, \u017eeljeza i magnezija, a ima i povoljan omjer kalcija i fosfora, koji osigurava najbolju iskori\u0161cenost kalcija u organizmu. Kupus je odli\u010dan izvor vitamina C, on kao i ostali najva\u017eniji sastojci kupusa gube se kuhanjem i pr\u017eenjem. Zato je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/kiseli-kupus-kao-lijek\/\"><strong>kiseli kupus svje\u017ei<\/strong> <\/a>najbogatiji hranjivim sastojcima i prirodan izvor vitamina C. Koliko je va\u017ean izvor vitamina C govori i to da se kupus mo\u017ee svrstati uz bok naran\u010di i limunu. Puna je beta-karotenima koji ja\u010daju imunitet, a obiluje i vitaminom A, te omega 3 masnim kiselinama. Upotreba bundeve ne zna za granice okusa \u2013 od juhe do deserta, od slanih delicija do slatkih kola\u010da.
