{"id":4512,"date":"2012-08-31T12:45:26","date_gmt":"2012-08-31T11:45:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=4512"},"modified":"2023-12-22T23:26:25","modified_gmt":"2023-12-22T22:26:25","slug":"vlakna-stite-srce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/vlakna-stite-srce\/","title":{"rendered":"Vlakna \u0161tite srce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dodavanje dvije-tri porcije vo\u0107a ili \u017eitarica bogatih vlaknima svakodnevnoj ishrani mo\u017ee osigurati sna\u017enu za\u0161titu srca. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najnovija studija pokazuje da se sa svakih deset grama vlakana dnevno mo\u017ee smanjiti rizik od smrtnosti od koronarne bolesti za 27 posto, a od obolijevanja za 14 procenata. Porcija mekinja (a to znaci tri \u010detvrt \u0161alice) i kru\u0161ka sadr\u017ee po pet grama vlakana, a sli\u010dna doza obrane ka\u0161e i jabuka po tri grama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nau\u010dnici ukazuju na to da je va\u017eno i koji izvori vlakana se koriste, odnosno podvla\u010de da vlakna iz povr\u0107a nemaju za\u0161titnu ulogu u ovom smislu. Istra\u017eiva\u010di dodaju da takozvana dijetalna vlakna smanjuju rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti na vi\u0161e na\u010dina, poput sni\u017eenja nivoa kolesterola u krvi i krvnog pritiska i pobolj\u0161avanja osjetljivosti na inzulin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vlakna i zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da se sa svakih deset grama dnevno vlakana iz \u017eitarica za \u010detvrtinu smanjuje rizik od obolijevanja, a za toliko vlakana iz vo\u0107a \u2013 rizik je manji \u010dak za tre\u0107inu. Preporu\u010dena doza vlakana na dan je, ina\u010de, 25 do 30 grama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nau\u010dnici su dodali da je mogu\u0107e i da osobe koje jedu, na primjer, kukuruz ili gra\u0161ak mogu ipak obolijevati od sr\u010danih bolesti, i objasnili to \u010dinjenicom da su ove namirnice bogate \u0161krobom i \u010desto veoma prera\u0111ene, \u0161to smanjuje njihov hranljivi sadr\u017eaj. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U vezi s ovim prou\u010davan je i krumpir, tako\u0111er pun \u0161kroba, i do\u0161lo se do zaklju\u010dka da sva hrana bogata ovim sastojkom mo\u017ee izazvati skok nivoa \u0161e\u0107era u krvi, a to pove\u0107ava rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti i dijabetesa tipa 2.
