Sadr\u017ei zna\u010dajan udio jednostruko nezasi\u0107ene oleinske masne kiseline \u2013 iste one masne kiseline koja prevladava u maslinovu ulju. Va\u017ean je izvor <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vitamin_E\"><strong>vitamina E<\/strong><\/a>, mangana, magnezija i kalija. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cetvrtina \u0161alice zadovoljava \u010dak 45 % dnevnih potreba za vitaminom E i manganom te tre\u0107inu dnevnih potreba za magnezijem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbog povoljnog nutritivnog profila ima dokazano povoljno djelovanje na bolesti srca i krvnih \u017eila. Osobe koje zamijene dio zasi\u0107enih masti u prehrani nezasi\u0107enim mastima porijeklom iz badema mogu na prirodan na\u010din sniziti razinu \u0161tetnog, LDL kolesterola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Badem zdrava hrana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Konzumiranje badema zna\u010dajno pove\u0107ava razinu crvenih krvnih zrnaca i vitamina E u plazmi te istovremeno utje\u010de na smanjenje razine kolesterola. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/prirodni-lijek-za-kolesterol\/\"><strong>Prirodni lijek za kolesterol<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osobama kojima su bademi osiguravali 10 % ukupno unesene energije, razina vitamina E pove\u0107ala se za 13,7%. Osobama kojima su bademi osiguravali 20 % ukupno unesene energije razina istog vitamina pove\u0107ala se za 18,7% te se istodobno razina ukupnog kolesterola snizila za 5%, a razina \u00ablo\u0161eg\u00bb LDL kolesterola za 7%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bademe valja jesti nelju\u0161tene jer je u kori badema smje\u0161tena glavnina fitokemikalija flavonoida. Identificirano je 20 razli\u010ditih flavonoida s antioksidativnim djelovanjem u kori badema. Tako\u0111er, otkriveno je da antioksidativno djelovanje flavonoida iz badema posebno dolazi do izra\u017eaja kada djeluju zajedno s vitaminom E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim \u0161to povoljno djelovanje na zdravlje, dodatno mu ide u prilog \u010dinjenica da se tradicionalno smatra <strong>afrodizijakom<\/strong> za mu\u0161karce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Badem je bogat aminokiselinom argininom koja igra va\u017enu ulogu u sintezi du\u0161i\u010dnog oksida koji je odgovoran za vazodilataciju (\u0161irenje krvnih \u017eila) i postizanje erekcije. Adekvatan unos arginina va\u017ean je za broj spermatozoida i njihovu pokretljivost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korica badema sadr\u017ei probiotike koji pobolj\u0161avaju zdravlje i poti\u010du rad probavnog trakta. Probavni trakt se sastoji od niza dobrih bakterija koje su neophodne za njegov pravilan rad. Bez tih bakterija se pove\u0107ava rizik od nastanka niza problema i pote\u0161ko\u0107a u radu probavnog trakta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bademi su korisni za mr\u0161avljenje jer njihova bogata koli\u010dina vlakana smanjuje osje\u0107aj gladi, a time i unos kalorija i podsti\u010de gubitak kilograma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/bademovo-mlijeko-za-zdravlje\/\"><strong>Impresivne prednosti koje vam donosi bademovo mlijeko za zdravlje<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko badema dnevno<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ni\u0161ta se ne preporu\u010duje konzumirati u velikoj koli\u010dini pa tako ni bademi. Stoga postoji mjera koje biste se trebali pridr\u017eavati u konzumaciji badema. Preporu\u010dena koli\u010dina badema je izme\u0111u 30 i 40 grama, \u0161to je otprilike od 23 do 40 komada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bademi i generalno ora\u0161asti plodovi jesu zdravi, ali su i bogati kalorijama. U 20 badema na\u0107i \u0107ete oko 163 kalorije, \u0161to je prihvatljivo za jednu u\u017einu.
