Probiotici se mogu definisati kao namirnice ili proizvodi koji se proizvode uz pomo\u0107 bakterija ili gljivica i takvi se konzumiraju ili slu\u017ee kao dodatci jelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi probiotici se proizvode procesom fermentacije laktoze, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i mikroorganizmi koji se koriste za stvaranje probiotika su <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Laktobacili\"><strong>Lactobacillus<\/strong><\/a> i Bifidus bakterija \u010desto zvane mlije\u010dna i kiselinska bakterija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eete pove\u0107ati unos probiotika pove\u0107anim unosom jogurta i sireva uz koje se mogu unositi namirnice koje poja\u010davaju djelovanje probiotika a to su za\u010dini, \u010dajevi, crveno vino, jabuke i grahorice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta su probiotici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/probiotici-prirodni\/\"><strong>Probiotici<\/strong> <\/a>su dobri mikroorganizmi od kojih ve\u0107ina ve\u0107 \u017eivi u na\u0161em organizmu, uglavnom u crijevima. Dok patogeni mikroorganizmi izazivaju bolesti, dobri mikroorganizmi sura\u0111uju sa imunim sistemom kako bi patogene mikroorganizme dr\u017eali pod kontrolom ili ih izbacili iz organizma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dobri mikroorganizmi<\/strong> \u2013 izme\u0111u ostalih iz hrane ili probiotskih preparata odr\u017eavaju ravnote\u017eu tj. patogeni mikroorganizmi ostaju u malom broju u organizmu i ne \u0161tete mu.
