Datulje su izvrsna hrana za ljude koji imaju visoki kolesterol, koji uzrokuje masne naslage u arterijama koje dovode do stvaranja krvnih ugru\u0161aka i drugih sr\u010danih bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zrela datula sadr\u017ei vitamine A, C, B1, B2 i niacin. Datula je, tako\u0111er, dobar izvor natrija, magnezija, kalcija i \u017eeljeza.
