Proteini imaju bitne uloge u na\u0161em organizmu, stoga je va\u017eno da znate u kojoj se hrani nalaze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Razlikujemo proteine \u017eivotinjskog i proteine biljnog porijekla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bjelan%C4%8Devine\"><strong>Proteini<\/strong><\/a> nisu samo gradivni materijal za mi\u0161i\u0107e kod profesionalnih sporta\u0161a, oni su va\u017eni za sviju i u\u010destvuju u nastanku novih \u0107elija. Iz tog razloga proteini moraju biti sastavni dio svake <strong>zdrave prehrane<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proteini u hrani<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koliko zaista proteina trebamo dnevno? Podaci sa ameri\u010dke Cleveland klinike navode kako su prosje\u010dne potrebe odrasle osobe izme\u0111u 0.6 i 0.8 grama po jednom kilogramu te\u017eine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primjerice, osoba koja ima 70 kilograma, treba oko 49 grama proteina dnevno. Primjera radi, porcija govedine veli\u010dine dlana sadr\u017ei oko 21 gram proteina, dok <strong>jedno jaje ima 6 grama proteina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uzmite u obzir da se radi o minimumu proteina koje je potrebno unijeti u organizam kako bismo izbjegli zdravstvene komplikacije ukoliko se malo kre\u0107emo i uglavnom sjedimo.
