No, nemojte se pokrenuti tek kada zbog vena ve\u0107 budete imate probleme, u\u010dinite sve kako biste sprije\u010dili i ubla\u017eili razvoj venskih bolesti. Da bi vene bile jake, va\u017ene su i amino-kiseline prolin i glicin, kojih ima u ribi i proizvodima od soje, graha i gra\u0161ka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A kako bi vene \u0161to du\u017ee ostale mlade, potreban im je kolagen, a da bi ga organizam proizvodio u dovoljnim koli\u010dinama, neophodan mu je cink.
