DAN<\/strong><br>Doru\u010dak: 1\/2 grejpfruta, pola \u0161alice p\u0161eni\u010dnih pahuljica ili kuhanog \u017eita uz 30 ml obranog mlijeka<br>Ru\u010dak: Velika porcija salate za\u010dinjene \u017eli\u010dicom maslinovog ulja i ju\u0161nom \u017elicom octa ili limunovog soka, jedno tvrdo kuhano jaje bez \u017eumanca i 30 ml jogurta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. DAN<\/strong><br>Doru\u010dak: 1 mandarina ili breskva, pola \u0161alice p\u0161eni\u010dnih pahuljica zalivenih sa 15ml jogurta<br>Ru\u010dak: \u0161alica juhe od povr\u0107a, sendvi\u010d napravljen od jedne \u0161nite kruha, salate koja je pri ruci i komad mladog kravljeg sira. Uz to popiti 30 ml obranog mlijeka<br>Ve\u010dera: 80 g piletine pe\u010dene u pe\u0107nici ili barene, 1\/2 \u0161alice kuhane ri\u017ee (bez ulja), pola \u0161alice kuhanih mahuna (bez ulja), salata za\u010dinjena \u017eli\u010dicom maslinovog ulja i limunovog soka.<br>U\u017eina: Jedna kru\u0161ka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. DAN<\/strong><br>Doru\u010dak: Pomije\u0161ajte 30 ml obranog mlijeka sa pola banane i 2 \u017elice p\u0161eni\u010dnih klica.<br>Ru\u010dak: Zelena salata izmije\u0161ana sa pola \u0161alice gnje\u010denog mladog kravljeg sira, dva komada kruha i 17 zrna gro\u017e\u0111a<br>Ve\u010dera: Pola \u0161a\u010dice krumpir pirea napravljenog bez masno\u0107e, pola \u0161alice kuhane mrkve, pola \u0161alice kuhanog gra\u0161ka (sve bez ulja)<br>U\u017eina: \u0161alica mlijeka ili bijele kave bez \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. DAN<\/strong><br>Doru\u010dak: pola \u0161alice mije\u0161anih pahuljica kuhanih u 30 ml obranog mlijeka, pola \u0161alice soka od cikle bez \u0161e\u0107era<br>Ru\u010dak : sendvi\u010d napravljen od tunjevine, dvije \u0161nite crnog kruha, luka, zelene salate i paradajza<br>Ve\u010dera: 84 g piletine barene ili pe\u010dene u pe\u0107nici i pola \u0161alice makarona kuhanih bez ulja.<br>U\u017eina: 15 ml obranog mlijeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
