{"id":474,"date":"2012-07-04T19:02:42","date_gmt":"2012-07-04T18:02:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=474"},"modified":"2023-12-14T22:59:28","modified_gmt":"2023-12-14T21:59:28","slug":"pritkinova-dijeta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/pritkinova-dijeta\/","title":{"rendered":"Pritkinova dijeta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sadr\u017ei potpuno nov, revolucionarni odnos izme\u0111u tri osnovne grupe hranljivih materija: proteini \u010dine 10-15 % ukupnog dnevnog kalorijskog unosa, masti najvi\u0161e 10 %, a ugljikohidrati cak 80 % dnevno unesenih kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evo ukratko pravila za uno\u0161enje pojedinih namirnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MASNO\u0106E<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve vrste masno\u0107a su zabranjene. To je prvo i jedno od najva\u017enijih pravila Pritikinove dijete. Obrok se mo\u017ee pripremiti od kuhanih ili presnih namirnica. Odstranjivanje svih vrsta masti, ulja, maslaca, margarina omogu\u0107uje da bas ova dijeta zasad nema pravog konkurenta u sni\u017eavanju vrijednosti kolesterola i masti u krvi. Provjerite svoj kolesterol u krvi prije po\u010detka i, recimo, 3 ili 6 mjeseci poslije redovnog pridr\u017eavanja dijete. Bit \u0107ete i sami iznena\u0111eni efektom. Ne zaboravite da nakon sni\u017eenja vrijednosti kolesterola ispod 4 mmol\/l dolazi do postepenog topljenja ateroma u krvnim \u017eilama i povla\u010denja arterioskleroze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MESO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Preporu\u010duje se prije svega mr\u0161ava riba, piletina i puretina. \u017divini se prvo ukloni ko\u017ea, a kod ostalih vrsta mesa odbace se svi masni dijelovi. Dozvoljen je samo ro\u0161tilj (ne ugalj) i kuhanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GRAH, GRA\u0160AK, LE\u0106A<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dozvoljeni su i korisni zato sto predstavljaju biljne izvore proteina i izvor biljnih vlakana, nesvarljivih materija vi\u0161estruko korisnih za organizam. Mahunarke treba jesti najmanje jednom, jo\u0161 bolje tri puta tjedno. Zbog ve\u0107e kalorijske vrijednosti, dozvoljena koli\u010dina je 1\/2 do 3\/4 kg tjedno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">JAJA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dumance je zna\u010dajan izvor kolesterola, dok bjelanjak ne sadr\u017ei masno\u0107e,a izvor je esencijalnih aminokiselina. Pritikinova dijeta preporu\u010duje sedam bjelanjaka tjedno &#8211; ne\u017eivinska jaja su zabranjena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SOJA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sojina namirnica je izvor proteina koji u potpunosti mo\u017ee zamijeniti meso i to u jednakim koli\u010dinama &#8211; dakle 100 g soje dnevno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POVR\u0106E<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve vrste u neograni\u010denim koli\u010dinama (bar dva puta dnevno), pod uvjetom da se jede presno ili kuhano. Krumpir se mo\u017ee jesti svakodnevno. Dozvoljene su sve vrste sjemenki i zrna, s tim \u0161to je upotreba oraha i lje\u0161njaka ograni\u010dena zbog ve\u0107e kalorijske vrijednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VO\u0106E<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I do pet puta dnevno. Konzervirano ili smrznuto &#8211; ne vise od 100 g dnevno, maksimum 1 \u010da\u0161a soka dnevno, ali ne zasla\u0111enog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u017dITARICE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dozvoljeno je 5-6 kri\u0161ki kruha i peciva, ri\u017ea se mo\u017ee jesti svakodnevno, kao mekinje, je\u010dam, pahuljice od kukuruza, tjestenine, ali bez dodatka \u0161e\u0107era, masti, ulja i jaja. Prednost imaju ra\u017eeni i crni kruh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MLIJE\u010cNI PROIZVODI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dozvoljeni su samo obrano mlijeko i jogurt (1\/4 l dnevno) te posni sir (30-50 g dnevno)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SLATKI\u0160I<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ZABRANJENI &#8211; isto vazi za \u0161e\u0107er, med, d\u017eem, slatko, vo\u0107ne sirupe, \u010dokoladu, kola\u010de\u2026\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DODACI JELIMA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dozvoljene su sve vrste za\u010dina. Majoneza, ke\u010dap i sosovi nisu dozvoljeni. Upotrebu soli, zbog utjecaja na nastanak visokog krvnog pritiska, treba ograni\u010diti. Kad god je mogu\u0107e sol treba zamijeniti drugim za\u010dinom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PI\u0106A<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dozvoljeni su mineralna voda i \u010daj. Alkoholna pi\u0107a ne treba konzumirati, kao i pi\u0107a koja sadr\u017ee vi\u0161e kofeina (kava, coca-cola). Da bi se Pritikinova dijeta pravilno sprovodila treba imati na umu jo\u0161 nekoliko pravila. Ne smije se imati osje\u0107aj gladi jer to brzo mo\u017ee dovesti do gubitka motiva i prestanka primjene izvanrednog korisnog na\u010dina ishrane. Pogre\u0161no je izostaviti neki od dnevnih obroka. Naprotiv, svaki dan treba predvidjeti tri obroka. Oni koji su gladni izme\u0111u obroka treba da utole glad me\u0111uobrokom koji mo\u017ee sadr\u017eati kukuruzne pahuljice, salatu ili komad vo\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRITIKINOVI KOLA\u010cI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrebne su 2 \u0161alice pahuljica, 1\/2 \u0161alice vode i obranog mlijeka, 1\/4 \u017eli\u010dice praska za pecivo i 2 bjelanjka. Sve dobro umutiti, vaditi \u017elicom i pe\u0107i na zagrijanom teflonu s jedne pa s druge strane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRITIKINOV BOR\u0160C<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrebno 7 \u0161alica na kocke sje\u010dene cikle kuhane, \u0161alica kiselog kupusa, 1,5 \u0161alice tanko sje\u010denog kupusa,sitno sje\u010denog crnog luka i soka od paradajza, 2 \u017elice soka od limuna, \u0161alica octa od jabuka, 4 \u0161alice vode, 1\/2 \u017elice vegete i 1\/4 \u017eli\u010dice karanfili\u0107a. Staviti vodu sa sokom od paradajza da provri. Dodati sve ostalo povr\u0107e i kuhati dok ne omek\u0161a. Dodati sok od limuna,jabukov ocat, za\u010dine i prokuhati jo\u0161 jednom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRITIKINOVE PALA\u010cINKE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrebna je 1 \u0161alica integralnog bra\u0161na, 1\/4 \u0161alice obranog mlijeka i 4 bjelanjka izmije\u0161ana u \u010dvrst snijeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mutiti bra\u0161no sa mlijekom sve dok ne postane glatko, zatim pa\u017eljivo dodati snijeg od bjelanjaka. Na vreloj teflonskoj tavi ispeci 4 pala\u010dinke koje mo\u017eete puniti svim mogu\u0107im namirnicama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SARMA OD KUPUSA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrebna je ve\u0107a glavica kupusa, 1,5 kg olju\u0161tenog krumpira, 2 glavice crnog luka, 1\/2 \u0161alice neglazirane ri\u017ee, \u017elica sitno sje\u010denog li\u0161\u0107a mirodije, 1\/4 \u017eli\u010dice bibera, 2-3 bjelanjka, 500 g olju\u0161tenog i na kocke isje\u010denog paradajza, jedna, na kocke nasje\u010dena, jabuka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prokuhati glavicu kupusa, odvojiti listove i isje\u0107i zadebljanja. Naribati krumpir, sitno li\u0161\u0107e kupusa i luk. Dodati ri\u017eu,mirodiju, biber, snijeg od bjelanjaka i time puniti sarme. Dno posude pokriti nasje\u010denim kupusom, crnim lukom, paradajzom i jabukom.
