Evo nekoliko aktivnosti koje \u0107e doprinijeti pobolj\u0161anju va\u0161eg psihofizi\u010dkog zdravlja.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Tai chi protiv stresa<\/strong><br \/>\nTai chi je prvobitno bio borila\u010dka vje\u0161tina, ali danas se uz pomo\u0107 nje borimo protiv novih neprijatelja &#8211; umora i stresa. Tai chi vam mo\u017eda ne\u0107e pomo\u0107i da izgubite suvi\u0161ne kilograme, ali usporeni ratni\u010dki pokreti sigurno \u0107e smanjiti nivo stresa. Brojna istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da vje\u017ebanje tai chija smanjuje stres, nervozu, ali i sni\u017eava krvni pritisak. Dokazano je, tako\u0111e, da vje\u017ebanje tai chija pobolj\u0161ava imunolo\u0161ki sistem i \u0161titi od virusa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160etnjom protiv depresije<\/strong><br \/>\nSamo pola sata brzog hodanja nedjeljno ima ve\u0107i efekat na smanjenje depresije nego antidepresivi. Naime, nakon \u0161to je 156 osoba 16 nedjelja provodilo taj re\u017eim vje\u017ebanja, pokazalo se da se depresija vratila samo u osam posto slu\u010dajeva. Drugo, istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da hodanje podi\u017ee energiju i popravlja raspolo\u017eenje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jogom protiv glavobolje<\/strong><br \/>\nAmeri\u010dki ljekari smatraju da jogom, jednom od najpoznatijih i najpopularnijih isto\u010dnja\u010dkih vje\u0161tina i terapija, mo\u017ee da se umanji glavobolja. Naime, \u010dak 75 posto glavobolja uzrokuje mi\u0161i\u0107na napetost u predijelu vrata, ali i lo\u0161e dr\u017eanje. Ljudi koji imaju pognuta ramena i lo\u0161e dr\u017eanje, kao i naviku da glavu naginju naprijed, \u010desto pate od glavobolja jer su im mi\u0161i\u0107i vrata stalno napeti. Zbog toga se preporu\u010duje redovno vje\u017ebanje joge, a osim \u0161to \u0107e vas osloboditi mu\u010dnih glavobolja, natjerat \u0107e vas i na pravilno dr\u017eanje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tr\u010danjem ubla\u017eite bolove u zglobovima i mi\u0161i\u0107ima<\/strong><br \/>\nRekreativno tr\u010danje, naravno ako je redovno i pravilno, \u0161titi osjetljive zglobove od o\u0161te\u0107enja i bola. Istra\u017eivanja su potvrdila da odrasle osobe koje su se bavile rekreativnim tr\u010danjem imaju 25 posto manje \u0161anse da pate od bolova u mi\u0161i\u0107ima, a manja je i mogu\u0107nost pojave artritisa. Zato tr\u010dite redovno, a va\u0161e kosti, mi\u0161i\u0107i, zglobovi i tetive naviknut \u0107e se na svakodnevno poskakivanje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pilatesom protiv bolova u le\u0111ima<\/strong><br \/>\nMnogi fizioterapeuti preporu\u010duju bavljenje pilatesom jer se tako najlak\u0161e ja\u010daju mi\u0161i\u0107i koji pridr\u017eavaju ki\u010dmu. Bolovi u le\u0111ima naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su uzrokovani lo\u0161im dr\u017eanjem, a pa\u017eljivo odabranim vje\u017ebama ja\u010da se muskulatura cijelog tijela, s naglaskom na posturalnoj muskulaturi, odnosno mi\u0161i\u0107ima odgovornim za dr\u017eanje tijela.
