Volimo ga u kola\u010dima i tortama, volimo ga \u010dokoladnog, \u010dak i kao grickalicu, u\u0161e\u0107erenu, presnu ili popr\u017eenu. I u pravu smo, jer su bademi vrlo korisna namirnica za zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raste i u na\u0161im krajevima, a mo\u017ee da cvijeta ranije nego \u0161to treba, kada se smrzne pa ne rodi. Naravno, u pitanju je badem. Stablo mu je bujno, visoko 8 do 12 metara, s karakteristi\u010dnim trnovitim granama. Gran\u010dice su gole, glatke, crvenkaste boje. Li\u0161\u0107e je jednostavno, jajasto sa \u0161iljatim vrhom, lica glatkog i sjajnog, tamnozeleno, a s nali\u010dja maljavo. Kod zrelih plodova srednja ljuska se odvaja od hrapave, odrvenjele unutra\u0161nje, u kojoj se nalazi sjeme. Sastoje se uglavnom od masti, proteina i vlakana, a tako\u0111er su bogati vitaminima i mineralima poput <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vitamin_E\"><strong>vitamina E<\/strong><\/a>, magnezija i kalcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mogu se konzumirati sirovi, pr\u017eeni, blan\u0161irani ili kao sastojak u raznim jelima i slasticama. Bademi se tako\u0111er koriste za proizvodnju bademovog ulja, mlijeka od badema i bademovog bra\u0161na, koji su popularni me\u0111u osobama koje preferiraju alternativne mlije\u010dne proizvode ili \u017eitarice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/bademovo-mlijeko-za-zdravlje\/\"><strong>Impresivne prednosti koje vam donosi bademovo mlijeko za zdravlje<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdrave masti u bademima uglavnom su mononezasi\u0107ene i poline zasi\u0107ene masne kiseline, koje se smatraju dobrim za srce i ukupno zdravlje. Badem daje i osje\u0107aj sitosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nezasi\u0107ene masno\u0107e smanjuju nivo lo\u0161eg kolesterola, a da biste to postigli, dovoljno je da pojedete dva badema dnevno. Odli\u010dni su kao pomo\u0107 za lije\u010denje i spre\u010davanje nastanka dijabetesa, a tako\u0111er smanjuju rizik od kardiovaskularnih oboljenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko badema dnevno<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pojedete li \u0161aku badema, oraha ili nekih drugih ora\u0161astih plodova dnevno, mo\u017eete zna\u010dajno smanjiti rizik od smrtonosnih sr\u010danih oboljenja, tvrde u svom izvje\u0161taju nau\u010dnici iz Bostona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nutritivna vrijednost badema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U sto grama badema ima 578 kcal, odnosno 2.418 kj. Od minerala najvi\u0161e je kalijuma, 728 miligrama, fosfora ima 474 miligrama, magnezijuma 275 i kalcijuma 248 miligrama. Me\u0111u ostalim elementima najzastupljenije je \u017eeljezo, kojeg ima 4,3 miligrama, cink (3,36), mangan (2,535), bakar (1,11) i natrijum (miligram). Selena ima 4,4 mikrograma.
