Hrana koja sadr\u017ei vlakna mo\u017ee pru\u017eiti i druge zdravstvene prednosti, kao \u0161to je pomo\u0107 u odr\u017eavanju zdrave tjelesne te\u017eine i smanjenje rizika od dijabetesa, bolesti srca i nekih vrsta raka. Djeca i odrasli trebaju najmanje 25 do 35 grama vlakana dnevno za dobro zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoji nekoliko razli\u010ditih vrsta vlakana &#8211; uklju\u010duju\u0107i topiva, netopiva i viskozna vlakna.
