Najva\u017eniji su \u010dimbenik u rastu i razvoju svih tjelesnih tkiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ispravan unos proteina va\u017ean je za odr\u017eavanje zdravlja i normalnog funkcioniranja tijela. Bjelan\u010devine se nalaze u razli\u010ditim vrstama prehrambenih namirnica. Mo\u017ee ih se na\u0107i, u gotovo svoj hrani, osim u rafiniranim \u0161e\u0107erima i mastima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S obzirom da organizam nije u stanju sintetizirati sve potrebne aminokiseline va\u017eno je njihovo uno\u0161enje kroz hranu. Za razliku od masti i ugljikohidrata proteini se ne skladi\u0161te u organizmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bjelan\u010devine ili proteini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proteini uneseni kroz namirnice se u organizmu razla\u017eu na <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Aminokiselina\"><strong>aminokiseline<\/strong><\/a>. Potom se u jetri vr\u0161i proizvodnja proteina koji se potom sintetiziraju u one pogodne za organizam. Aminokiseline se ponovo vra\u0107aju u proteine. Vi\u0161ak se pretvara u masti ili sagorijeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aminokiseline se nalaze u namirnicama biljnog i \u017eivotinjskog podrijetla. U \u017eitaricama, povr\u0107u i mahunastim biljkama nalazi se svih dvadeset aminokiselina potrebnih za stvaranje odgovaraju\u0107ih proteina. Biljni proteini nazivaju se nekompletnim, a \u017eivotinjski kompletnim. Ali dobrom kombinacijom raznih biljnih sastojaka na\u0161 organizam dobiva potrebne aminokiseline. To se zove komplementarnost. Najkompletniji spektar lako probavljivih proteina nalazi se u mlijeku i jajima koji slu\u017ee kao odli\u010dna dopuna biljnoj ishrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Postoji vi\u0161e dobrih kombinacija za uno\u0161enje dovoljnih koli\u010dina proteina, a baziraju se na mlije\u010dnim proizvodima, \u017eitaricama, svje\u017eem i su\u0161enom povr\u0107u.
