Vitamin C izvrstan je za ja\u010danje imuniteta i za\u0161titu ko\u017ee i srca, bogat je antioksidansima i ima ljekovita svojstva u borbi protiv raznih bolesti. Kada razmi\u0161ljate o unosu vitamina C mo\u017eda \u0107ete prvo pomisliti gdje ga ima najvi\u0161e i u kojoj hrani?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nije tajna da ve\u0107ina vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a ima visok udio vitamina, ali naran\u010da je poznata kao vo\u0107e koje je najbolji izvor vitamina C. Prema Nacionalnom institutu za zdravlje, mu\u0161karci bi trebali imati 90 miligrama vitamina C dnevno, a \u017eene 75 miligrama dnevno. Ljudsko tijelo nije u mogu\u0107nosti samo proizvesti vitamin C, te je zato bitno da ga se kroz uzimanje suplemenata i konzumaciju hrane bogate tim vitaminom nadoknadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nedostatak vitamina C<\/strong> uzrokuje simptome poput lakih modrica, krvarenja desni, umora, oslabljenog imuniteta, i u te\u0161kim slu\u010dajevima <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Skorbut\"><strong>skorbuta<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gdje ima najvi\u0161e vitamina c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vitamin_C\"><strong>Vitamin C<\/strong><\/a>, tako\u0111er poznat kao askorbinska kiselina, mo\u017ee se na\u0107i u raznim namirnicama, ali neki od najbogatijih prirodnih izvora vitamina C uklju\u010duju:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prokule<\/strong> &#8211; \u0160oljica prokula sadr\u017ei 75 miligrama vitamina C, zajedno s nutrijentima koji se bore protiv raka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Krumpir<\/strong> &#8211; Posebno je iznena\u0111uju\u0107e saznanje da krumpir srednje veli\u010dine nudi 17 mg vitamina C, budu\u0107i da se smatra &#8220;\u0161krobnim&#8221; povr\u0107em. Krumpir je tako\u0111er lako uklopiti u razna jela, \u0161to ga \u010dini prikladnim djelomi\u010dnim izvorom preporu\u010denog vitamina C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paprike<\/strong> &#8211; Ba\u0161 kao i crvena paprika, zelena paprika bogata je vitaminom C. Tako\u0111er je zdrav izvor vlakana, koja mogu pomo\u0107i u odr\u017eavanju redovne stolice i pobolj\u0161ati zdravlje probavnog trakta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kupus<\/strong> &#8211; Sve vrste kupusa, uklju\u010duju\u0107i brokoli i karfiol, sadr\u017ee znatne koli\u010dine vitamina C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cvjeta\u010da<\/strong> &#8211; Mo\u017eete je pripremati na razne na\u010dine, a sadr\u017ei 127 mg vitamina C, te 5 grama vlakana i 5 grama proteina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/nar-kao-lijek\/\"><strong>\u0160ipak<\/strong><\/a> je jo\u0161 jedan odli\u010dan izvor vitamina C i tako\u0111er je bogat antioksidansima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kivi<\/strong> &#8211; Prehrana kivijem prepuna je antioksidansa uklju\u010duju\u0107i vitamin C zajedno s vitaminima K i E, kalijem, bakrom i folnom kiselinom. Ovo vo\u0107e je korisno za zdravlje ko\u017ee, di\u0161nih organa, o\u010diju, crijeva, srca, kostiju i imuniteta.
