Pripremate li hranu na taj na\u010din, otkrili su, nema pove\u0107anog rizika od sr\u010danog udara ili prijevremene smrti povezane s hranom, ka\u017ee se u studiji koju su proveli znanstvenici s madridskog sveu\u010dili\u0161ta, a u srijedu objavio British Medical Journal na svojoj internetskoj stranici bmj.com. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maslinovo ulje za kuhanje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No istra\u017eiva\u010di ka\u017eu kako se njihovo otkri\u0107e, nastalo na temelju tipi\u010dne \u0161panjolske prehrane u kojoj ima mnogo zdravih masno\u0107a, ne odnosi na mast i druga ulja za kuhanje. Zato tradicionalno pr\u017eenje ipak nije preporu\u010dljivo. Kad se hrana pr\u017ei, postaje kalori\u010dnija jer upije masno\u0107u iz ulja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prehrana bogata hranom punom masno\u0107e mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati krvni tlak i izazvati povi\u0161eni kolesterol, a to su faktori rizika za bolesti srca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di na Autonomnome sveu\u010dili\u0161tu u Madridu za svoju su studiju prou\u010dili prehrambene navike 40.757 odraslih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sudionike su ispitivali o tipu hrane koju jedu u tipi\u010dnome tjednu, te kako hranu pripremaju. Na po\u010detku 11-godi\u0161nje studije nijedan od ispitanika nije imao znakove bolesti srca, a na kraju je bilo 606 slu\u010dajeva bolesti srca i 1134 smrtna slu\u010daja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad su istra\u017eiva\u010di prou\u010dili te smrtne slu\u010daje, nisu uspjeli otkriti vezu izme\u0111u pr\u017eene hrane i bolesti srca, te dr\u017ee da je to zbog vrste ulja u kojoj je hrana pr\u017eena.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pr\u017eena hrana mo\u017eda i nije tako nezdrava ako pr\u017eite na maslinovu ili suncokretovu ulju, objavili su znanstvenici.
