Tvorac je dr Howard Hay, ameri\u010dki ljekar, koji je ovu dijetu sa\u010dinio jo\u0161 dvadesetih godina pro\u0161log vijeka.<br>Sve namirnice su podijeljene u tri grupe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A &#8211; Ugljikohidrati &#8211; tijesto, ri\u017ea, \u017eitarice, krumpir, kruh, suho vo\u0107e, banane, svje\u017ee smokve i urme, svi zasla\u0111iva\u010di&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B &#8211; Bjelan\u010devine &#8211; meso, \u017eivina, riba, jaja, mlijeko, sirevi, vo\u0107e, tofu-sir, prera\u0111evine od mesa&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C &#8211; Neutralne namirnice &#8211; povr\u0107e, zelena salata, bijeli sir , ali s malim udjelom masno\u0107e, dimljena riba&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Namirnice iz grupe A ne mije\u0161aju se nikad sa namirnicama iz grupe B, a i jedna i druga grupa se mije\u0161aju sa namirnicama grupe C!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2022 PRVI STEPEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dvodnevno pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje organizma, uno\u0161enje dovoljno vitamina, minerala i enzima. Rezultat je jedan kilogram manje!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. dan &#8211; Pet puta dnevno vo\u0107e ili svje\u017ee iscije\u0111en vo\u0107ni sok. Idealno vo\u0107e je: jabuke, kru\u0161ke, ananas, kivi, dinja. Banana je zabranjena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. dan &#8211; Pet puta dnevno salata, odnosno presno povr\u0107e ili pet puta dnevno obareno povr\u0107e. Izbjegavajte ulje i sol, za\u010dinite salatu mirodijom, per\u0161inom ili drugim za\u010dinima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niko nije bezgre\u0161an<br>Ako ste dostigli \u017eeljenu kila\u017eu dr\u017eite se tabele za trend-kost, odnosno ne mije\u0161ajte bjelan\u010devine i ugljikohidrate. Niko nije bezgre\u0161an, pa kad pojedete tortu, sljede\u0107a dva dana dr\u017eite prvi stepen ove dijete!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svakoga dana se naizmjeni\u010dno mijenja jedan obrok ugljikohidrata i jedan obrok bjelan\u010devina. Bijeli sir uvijek umutite sa malo kisele vode!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2022 DRUGI STEPEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petodnevno slabljenje odnosi tri kilograma. Dnevno se unosi 650 kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. dan &#8211; Za doru\u010dak surutka sa jednom vo\u0107kom, za u\u017einu 75 g posnog sira sa \u017eli\u010dicom per\u0161ina. Ru\u010dak donosi rakcice sa mrkvom i limunovim sokom, a popodnevna u\u017eina dvije svje\u017ee paprike. Nave\u010der&nbsp; pojedite salatu od svje\u017eeg krastavca sa komadom obarene pastrmke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. dan &#8211; Ujutro komad prepe\u010denog kruha sa nemasnim bijelim sirom i rotkvicama. U\u017eina je 100 grama dinje, a ru\u010dak mije\u0161ano, dinstano povr\u0107e sa obarenom ri\u017eom. Popodne jedan kivi, a nave\u010der mije\u0161ana salata sa dva re\u017enja dimljenog lososa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. dan &#8211; Salata od dinje i manga sa malo posnog jogurta i dvije \u017eli\u010dice soka od naran\u010de. U\u017eina je komad crnog kruha sa dva paradajza, a ru\u010dak: pile\u0107e grudi (bijelo meso) sa dinstanim paradajzom i porilukom. Popodne &#8211; jedna mrkva i 50 g posnog jogurta. Ve\u010dera &#8211; salata od \u0161pargle sa krumpirom i zelenom salatom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. dan &#8211; Ujutro surutka sa ispasiranim komadom dinje (125 g), a za u\u017einu komad prepe\u010denog kruha sa posnim sirom i 50 g svje\u017eeg krastavca. Za ru\u010dak skuhajte krumpir, pojedite ga sa bijelim sirom i rikola salatom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Popodnevna u\u017eina &#8211; 100 g dinje. Ve\u010dera je salata od mladog luka i svje\u017ee paprike, uz to komad kamember sira ili nekog drugog \u017eutog sira, do 30 posto masno\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. dan &#8211; Pomije\u0161ati kvark sir sa dvije \u017eli\u010dice soka od naran\u010de i malo d\u017eema od jagoda &#8211; to je doru\u010dak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U\u017eina je jedna presna keleraba, a ru\u010dak 100 g svinjskog filea sa nekoliko \u0161parogi &nbsp;i jednim paradajzom. Popodne &#8211; jedan kivi, uve\u010der tost sa \u0161unkom, ne zaboravite da otklonite masni dio! Uz to 150 g dinje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sol vezuje vodu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samo malo solite, jer slabije topite masno\u0107u i izbacujete manje vode, ako jedete suvi\u0161e slano. U prodaji postoje mije\u0161ani za\u010dini sa malo soli ili sol iz Mrtvog mora, koja sadr\u017ei jod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2022 TRE\u0106I STEPEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za sedam dana kilogram i po manje. Dnevni unos od 1.000 kalorija. To je u stvari odr\u017eavanje \u017eeljene te\u017eine, vi\u0161e nego slabljenje&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. dan &#8211; Komad kruha sa 30 g gorgonzole za doru\u010dak, u\u017eina &#8211; pola grejpfruta. Za ru\u010dak \u0161pageti sa sosom od paradajza, a za u\u017einu jedna paprika i 30 g kvark sira. Uve\u010der pojedite jedan punjeni avokado sa rakcicima i porilukom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. dan &#8211; Za doru\u010dak kajgana od dva jajeta! U\u017eina je opet pola grejpfruta, a ru\u010dak pile\u0107i batak sa obarenim mahunama. Zelena salata za u\u017einu, a salata od tijesta sa brokulama za ve\u010deru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. dan &#8211; Jedna \u017eemi\u010dka sa bijelim sirom i paradajzom za doru\u010dak, a 250 g mrkve za u\u017einu. Pekarski krumpir sa paprikom i lukom, uz dodatak bijelog sira &#8211; to je ru\u010dak. U\u017eina je jedna jabuka, a ve\u010dera salata od \u0161paroga sa kri\u0161kama naran\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. dan &#8211; Ujutro mango sa vo\u0107nim jogurtom, za u\u017einu jedan kivi, a za ru\u010dak janje\u0107a \u0161nicla na luku. Popodnevna u\u017eina je jedna paprika sa 30 g posnog sira. Ve\u010dera: salata od krumpira sa ribom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mnogo te\u010dnosti<\/strong><br>Ra\u010dunaju\u0107i sok i vodu trebalo bi dnevno da unesete tri litre te\u010dnosti. Osim mineralne vode mo\u017eete da pijete nezasla\u0111eni zeleni ili crni \u010daj. \u010caj od koprive i lipe poja\u010dava izbacivanje te\u010dnosti.<br>5. dan &#8211; Zobene pahuljice osvje\u017eavaju ujutro, dodajte im malo suhog gro\u017e\u0111a. U\u017eina je 150 g jagoda, ru\u010dak &#8211; riba sa dinstanom kelerabom. Popodnevna u\u017eina je jedna jabuka, a uve\u010der kruh sa kamemberom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. dan &#8211; Ujutro salata od papaje i kivija. Prije podne pojedite malo ananasa. Ru\u010dak: \u0161pinat sa obarenom ri\u017eom. Popodne komad tosta sa bijelim sirom. Uve\u010der &#8211; kineska pile\u0107a salata sa soja-sosom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. dan &#8211; Ujutro banana sa kvark sirom. U\u017eina je jabuka, a ru\u010dak: rezanci sa dinstanom mrkvom. Popodne jedna mrkva i 50 g kvark sira.
