Bolesti srca i <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Krvo%C5%BEilni_sustav\"><strong>krvotoka<\/strong><\/a> su \u010de\u0161\u0107i uzroci smrti kod osoba koje vode neaktivan \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">60 minuta hodanja za bolje zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Autori studije su upozorili poslodavce da imaju razumijevanja prema osoblju koje povremeno uzima pauze kako bi ustali od svog stola i pro\u0161etali. Ne morate se nu\u017eno baviti sportom, niti i\u0107i u teretanu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzmite pet minuta pauze svaki sat, oti\u0111ite u obli\u017enju kancelariju, idite na drugi sprat po kafu, oti\u0111ite do \u0161tampa\u010da sve \u0107e se to zbrojati u hodanje koje ima pozitivan utjecaj na zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sasvim je u redu pro\u0161etati ujutro, tokom ru\u010dka ili nakon ve\u010dere. Mo\u017eete raspodijeliti vje\u017ebanje tokom dana, ali morali biste vje\u017ebati barem 60 minuta, tvrdi profesor Ulf. Stru\u010dnjaci tvrde da je bilo kakav prekid sjedenja koji uklju\u010duje neku fizi\u010dku aktivnost odli\u010dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pove\u0107ani rizik smrti koja je povezana s predugim sjedenjem potpuno se mo\u017ee eliminisati jednosatnim vje\u017ebanjem na dan srednjim intenzitetom. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/brzo-hodanje-za-vitku-liniju\/\"><strong>Brzo hodanje<\/strong><\/a> ili vo\u017enja biciklom svakako ulaze u tu kategoriju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hodanje je svakodnevna aktivnost koja mo\u017ee postati izuzetno korisna za zdravlje. Hodanje prednosti koje mogu zna\u010dajno utjecati na na\u0161e op\u0107e zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/lagana-setnja\/\"><strong>Za\u0161to je lagana \u0161etnja zdrava?<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko se potro\u0161i kalorija ako se 60 minuta hoda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Potro\u0161nja kalorija tokom hodanja zavisi od razli\u010ditih faktora, uklju\u010duju\u0107i brzinu hoda, te\u017einu osobe, teren, i op\u0161tu kondiciju.
