Po\u017eeljno je uzimanje hrane koja sadr\u017ei 70% vode. Bolje je uzimati hranu sa velikim postotkom vode nego piti samu vodu. Takva biljna hrana ispira toksine i smanjuje telesnu te\u017einu. Izuzetno je zna\u010dajno pravilno kombinirati hranu \u010dime se olak\u0161ava varenje. Krompir i meso nikada ne uzimati zajedno jer su obje koncentrirane. Radi brzog varenja treba uzimati samo jednu koncentriranu hranu. Sa mesom ne jesti: krompir, ri\u017eu, knedle, sir, kruh. Dozvoljeno je jesti: povr\u0107e. Mogu se kombinirati dvije vrste mesa, ali ne meso sa jajima. Organizam se najefikasnije \u010disti ako jedete vo\u0107e. Vo\u0107e nikada ne jesti sa ne\u010dim drugim niti odmah poslije druge hrane &#8211; obavezno ga jesti na prazan stomak. Poslije uzimanja vo\u0107a sa\u010dekati 30 minuta pa tek onda uzimati drugu hranu. Ako uzimate hranu koja nije vo\u0107e, sa\u010dekajte 3-4 sata da bi ponovo uzeli vo\u0107e.\u00a0 Proteine ne treba uzimati previ\u0161e jer optere\u0107uju organizam. Najvi\u0161e ih ima u vo\u0107u, povr\u0107u, sjemenju i ora\u0161astom vo\u0107u.\u00a0 Amino kiseline se najvi\u0161e nalaze u \u0161argarepi, bananama, karfiolu, kukuruzu, krastavcu, gra\u0161ku, krompiru, paradajzu.
