Susamove sjemenke su vrlo dobar izvor bakra i mangana, a isti\u010du se i sadr\u017eajem magnezijuma, kalcijuma, \u017eeljeza, vitamina B1, cinka i prehrambenih vlakana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sjemenke susama sadr\u017ee i dva jedinstvena spoja iz grupe lignana: sezamin i sezamolin. Lignani su fitohemikalije koje se odlikuju brojnim pozitivnim svojstvima, me\u0111u ostalim imaju svojstvo sni\u017eavanja holesterola i krvnog pritiska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sjemenke susama<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim toga, svrstavaju se i u grupu fitoestrogena, koji se pod uticajem enzimskog sistema u na\u0161im crijevima pretvaraju u materije sli\u010dne hormonima i na taj na\u010din pru\u017eaju za\u0161titu od tumora osjetljivih na hormone, na primjer karcinoma dojke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodatno, pokazalo se da susam \u0161titi jetru od oksidativnih o\u0161te\u0107enja. Pozitivno djelovanje lignana kao fitoestrogena nije rezervisano samo na za\u0161titno dejstvo od karcinoma dojke. Upravo zbog djelovanja sli\u010dnim hormonima, rezultati brojnih istra\u017eivanja ukazali su na njihovo svojstvo ubla\u017eavanja tegoba povezanih sa menopauzom. Osim toga, sjemenke susama nude jo\u0161 \u010ditav niz blagodati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako npr. bakar ma\u017ee da ubla\u017ei bolove i upale koje izaziva reumatoidni artritis, dok magnezij mo\u017ee da bude od koristi pri sni\u017eavanju visokog krvnog pritiska i prevenciji napada migrene. Iako se kalcij ovdje ne nalazi u visoko iskoristivom obliku kao u mlijeku i mlije\u010dnim proizvodima, njegov visok sadr\u017eaj ipak mo\u017ee da bude od koristi u o\u010duvanju gusto\u0107e ko\u0161tane mase i prevenciji nastanka osteoporoze, posebno kod vegana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbog prili\u010dno visokog procenta cinka, po\u017eeljno je da se sjemenke susama \u0161to \u010de\u0161\u0107e na\u0111u na jelovniku svakog mu\u0161karaca. Naime, cink ima va\u017enu ulogu u odr\u017eanju zdravlja sperme i plodnosti kod mu\u0161karaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dragocjeni sastojci susamovih sjemenki se bolje apsorbuju ako se one zgnje\u010de i samelju. Ukoliko se samljevene sjemenke pomije\u0161aju sa susamovim uljem, dobije se namaz tahini. Tahini se mo\u017ee dodati u razne umake, namazati na hljeb umjesto maslaca, ali i koristiti u pripremi kola\u0107a i keksa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/sezam-i-med\/\"><strong>Za\u0161to bi sezam i med\u00a0trebao biti \u0161to \u010de\u0161\u0107e na va\u0161em jelovniku<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ulje susama<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sezamovo_ulje\"><strong>susamovog ulja<\/strong><\/a> ti\u010de ono se mo\u017ee koristiti za dinstanje, pe\u010denje, pr\u017eenje, ali i za pripremu umaka i salatnih preljeva. Ka\u0161i\u010dica susamovih sjemenki mo\u017ee se dodati i omiljenim \u017eitaricama za doru\u010dak ili u jogurtu. Kombinacijom octa od pirin\u010da, tamarija (umak od soje), zgnje\u010denog bijelog luka i pe\u010denih sjemenki susama, dobija se salatni preliv koji \u0107e dati poseban ukus svakoj salati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sjemenke susama s malo limunovog soka dobro idu uz povr\u0107e kuhano na pari.
