A toliko je malih sitnica koje mogu sa\u010duvati i dovesti do savr\u0161enstva na\u0161e zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako sa\u010duvati zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Donosimo vam 6 navika kojih bi se trebali svakodnevno pridr\u017eavati kako bi sa\u010duvali svoje zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zapo\u010dnite doru\u010dak zelenim smutijem<\/strong>: Zeleno lisnato povr\u0107e po hranjivosti je najkoncentriranija hrana, te ima vi\u0161e hranjivih tvari nego kalorija. Kombinacija minerala, vitamina, klorofila i <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Aminokiselina\"><strong>aminokiselina<\/strong><\/a> podr\u017eava na\u0161e cjelokupno zdravlje i \u0161titi nas od sezonskih bolesti.
