Makrobiotika nije samo skup pravila o ishrani \u2013 to je, u su\u0161tini, na\u010din \u017eivota. Uz balansiranu ishranu koja podrazumijeva konzumiranje hrane organski uzgajane u doma\u0107em podneblju, makrobioti\u010dari veliku pa\u017enju posve\u0107uju i uspostavljanju psihi\u010dke ravnote\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pojam makrobiotika prvi put se spominje jo\u0161 u zapisima iz Hipokratovog vremena. Danas se ovom principu ishrane priklanja sve ve\u0107i broj ljudi \u0161irom svijeta. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e je rije\u010d o osobama koje imaju razne zdravstvene tegobe, pa po preporuci ljekara i nutricionista prelaze na zdraviji na\u010din ishrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ina\u010de, makrobiotika se pokazala kao izuzetno blagotvorna u slu\u010daju raznih alergija na hranu, menopauze i pred-menstrualnog sindroma. Tako\u0111er, ovaj na\u010din ishrane pospje\u0161uje eliminaciju toksina iz organizma i ja\u010da imunitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Makrobiotika i osnovni principi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temelj makrobioti\u010dke ishrane jesu principi drevne isto\u010dnja\u010dke filozofije koja spajanjem me\u0111usobno suprotnih energetskih sistema (jin i jang) posti\u017ee jedinstvo. Naime, jang predstavlja pozitivni, mu\u0161ki princip i odgovara slanoj, pr\u017eenoj i mesnoj hrani. Dok jin, koji simbolizme negativni, \u017eenski princip, odgovara slatkoj i kuhanoj hrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Makrobiotika se zasniva na konzumiranju namirnica sa izrazito uravnote\u017eenim odnosom ovih suprotnosti, dok navedene ekstreme treba izbjegavati. Tako\u0111er, treba po\u0161tovati i neka druga pravila kao \u0161to su redovna fizi\u010dka aktivnost (po mogu\u0107nosti na svje\u017eem zraku), obavezan odmor i opu\u0161tanje, kori\u0161tenje organskih kozmeti\u010dkih proizvoda, no\u0161enje garderobe od prirodnih materijala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preporu\u010duje se konzumiranje samo organski gajenih i genetski ne modificiranih namirnica, dakle bez pesticida, umjetnih gnojiva i konzervansa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prednost se daje lokalnim i sezonskim namirnicama, a hranu prilikom konzumiranja treba dobro sa\u017evakati kako bi se bolje probavila i hranjive materije \u0161to bolje apsorbirale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Makrobioti\u010dka ishrana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedno od na\u010dela makrobiotike jeste da se jede svje\u017ea hrana koja raste na podneblju gdje konzument \u017eivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako\u0111er, ne preporu\u010duje se dugo kuhanje ili pr\u017eenje, kao ni konzumiranje zamrznutih namirnica. Da bi se pripremio jedan obrok po makrobioti\u010dkim pravilima, treba malo vi\u0161e truda ali se on i te kako isplati. Me\u0111utim, opasnost se krije u nagloj promjeni re\u017eima ishrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osoba koja bukvalno preko no\u0107i po\u010dne da se hrani zdravo, mo\u017ee sebi prili\u010dno iskomplicirati \u017eivot. Naime, za svaku promjenu potrebno je vremena i organizam mora postepeno da se navikava na nove namirnice ili na nedostatak neke hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje namirnice se preporu\u010duju?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Principi makrobiotike djeluju prili\u010dno rigorozno jer je spisak dozvoljenih namirnica veoma kratak. Me\u0111utim, oni koji se odlu\u010de za ovaj na\u010din ishrane, a njihov broj svakodnevno raste, tvrde da se osje\u0107aju kao preporo\u0111eni i da imaju mnogo vi\u0161e energije za svakodnevne aktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Makrobiotika ima svoje nedostatke<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zbog ograni\u010denog broja dozvoljenih namirnica, ovakav na\u010din ishrane mo\u017ee dovesti do nedostatka kalcija, vitamina B12 i D. kao i \u017eeljeza. Stoga se ne preporu\u010duje djeci, trudnicama, kao niti dojiljama i adolescentima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dozvoljene namirnice u makrobioti\u010dkoj prehrani<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U makrobiotici je dozvoljena upotreba sljede\u0107ih namirnica: integralna ri\u017ea i \u017eitarice, prokelj, zeleni kupus, mrkva, karfiol, per\u0161in, ljuta papri\u010dica, kelj, praziluk, zeleni dio repe. Sve vrste tikava, rotkvice, crni luk, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/azuki-grah\/\"><strong>azuki grah<\/strong><\/a>, leblebije, zelena le\u0107a. Tofu (sir od soje), tempeh (meso od soje), nato (fermentirana soja), tamari (sos od soje). Alge (agar agar, konibu, arome, nori, dobe, vakame, hid\u017eiki), goma\u0161io (susamova sol), umebo\u0161i \u0161ljive, kiseli kupus, miso, nerafinirano susamovo i kukuruzno ulje. Ocat od pirin\u010da, ocat od umebo\u0161i \u0161ljive, bijela ili svijetlosiva nerafinirana morska sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako\u0111er, mogu se konzumirati, ali povremeno i u manjim koli\u010dinama: lomljena p\u0161enica \u2013 bulgur, tjestenine od integralne p\u0161enice ili heljde. Kus-kus, <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sejtan\"><strong>sejtan<\/strong><\/a>(p\u0161eni\u010dni gluten), fu (nabubreli p\u0161eni\u010dni gluten), celer, krastavac, koraba, zeleni gra\u0161ak, boranija, zelena salata, crveni kupus, crna soja, crvena le\u0107a. \u0160aran, crveni grge\u010d, haringa, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/pastrmka-za-zdravlje\/\"><strong>pastrmka<\/strong><\/a>, ostrige, susamove sjemenke, kikiriki, sjemenke suncokreta i bundeve, orah, kesten, bademi, pirin\u010dani sirup, kesten, je\u010dmeni slad, amasake (zasla\u0111iva\u010d koji se dobija od fermentisanog slatkog pirin\u010da). Plavu ribu, brazilski orah, pistacije, lje\u0161njak, \u0161e\u0107er, fruktozu, melasu, \u010dokoladu, kukuruzni sirup, roga\u010d, umjetna sladila. Med, kafu, gazirane i alkoholne napitke, za\u010dine, bijeli luk, ocat. Tropsko vo\u0107e, banane, limun, smokve, grejpfrut, kokos, naran\u010de, kivi. Maslac i margarin, sve masno\u0107e \u017eivotinjskog porijekla, rafinirana i kemijski prera\u0111ena biljna ulja.
