Brza hrana op\u0107enito je spremna za jelo i brza alternativa doma\u0107oj hrani. Brza hrana posebno je dizajnirana da bude aditivna po prirodi s visokom razinom soli, \u0161e\u0107era i masti. Prema Nacionalnom institutu za zdravlje (NIH), brza hrana brza je alternativa doma\u0107oj hrani koja je bogata kalorijama, zasi\u0107enim mastima, trans mastima, \u0161e\u0107erom i soli koje negativno utje\u010du na na\u0161e zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brza hrana op\u0107enito je bogata kalorijama i nedostaje joj proteina, multivitamina, minerala i vlakana. To je najbogatiji izvor trans masnih kiselina. Konzumiranje hrane bogate trans mastima pove\u0107ava <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lipoprotein\"><strong>lipoprotein<\/strong><\/a> niske gusto\u0107e (lo\u0161) kolesterol, sni\u017eava lipoprotein visoke gusto\u0107e (dobar) kolesterol i pove\u0107ava rizik od dijabetesa tipa II i sr\u010danih bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brza hrana prisutna je i u na\u0161oj zemlji te je svakome od nas najlak\u0161e u\u0107i u restoran ili pekaru, naru\u010diti obrok za ponijeti i na-brzinu ga pojesti. No, me\u0111utim brza hrane je lako dostupna, prijatna za konzumiranje ali i ima mnogo negativni u\u010dinaka na Va\u0161e zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brza hrana i zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Redovna konzumacija fast food hrane nije nikako dobra za va\u0161e tijelo, a ovo su najva\u017eniji razlozi za\u0161to je trebate jesti samo u posebnim prilikama\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konzumacija masti i njen u\u010dinak na zdravlje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pretjerana konzumacija trans masti \u0161alje mje\u0161ovite signale mozgu \u0161to ote\u017eava procesiranje osje\u0107aja gladi. Zdrave funkcije mozga zahtijevaju dnevnu dozu esencijalnih masnih kiselina kao \u0161to su omega 6 i omega 3. Nedostatak ova dva elementa pove\u0107ava rizik od poreme\u0107aja pa\u017enje, demencije i bipolarnog poreme\u0107aja te drugih problema povezanih s mozgom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brza hrana je bogata kalorijama i jednostavnim \u0161e\u0107erom (naro\u010dito u obliku \u0161e\u0107era i rafiniranog bra\u0161na) koji uzrokuje debljanje tj. prekomjernu te\u017einu i pretilost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pretilost pove\u0107ava rizik od bolesti metaboli\u010dkih poreme\u0107aja (npr. dijabetes, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/hipertenzija\/\"><strong>hipertenzija<\/strong><\/a>, bolesti srca, giht, pankreatitis itd.), respiratornih disfunkcija uklju\u010duju\u0107i astmu i ote\u017eano disanje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brza hrana mo\u017ee kratkoro\u010dno zadovoljiti glad, ali dugoro\u010dni rezultati su manje pozitivni. Redovno uzimanje brze hrane mo\u017ee uzrokovati depresiju, zatvor i gastrointestinalne bolesti jer oskudijeva vlaknima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pretjerani unos brze hrane tako\u0111er ote\u017eava normalan rast i razvoj djece koja rastu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brza hrana je bogata natrijem koji dovodi do zadr\u017eavanja vode, osje\u0107aja nadutosti ili ote\u010denosti u tijelu.
