Pravilno odabran i pravilno uziman dodatak prehrani za imunitet mo\u017ee imati zna\u010dajnu ulogu u o\u010duvanju op\u0107eg zdravlja, posebno u periodima pove\u0107anih potreba organizma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je naglasiti da se u\u010dinkovitost dodataka prehrani ne temelji samo na njihovom sastavu, ve\u0107 i na tome kako i kada se uzimaju, \u0161to je jasno prikazano i u prate\u0107oj infografici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta je dodatak prehrani i kome je namijenjen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodatak prehrani je proizvod koji sadr\u017ei vitamine, minerale, biljne ekstrakte, aminokiseline ili druge nutritivne tvari, a koristi se kao nadopuna redovnoj prehrani.
