Dok ih neki u potpunosti izbacuju iz prehrane, drugi ne znaju koje vrste ugljikohidrata su zaista zdrave, a koje mogu \u0161tetiti zdravlju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U ovom vodi\u010du detaljno obja\u0161njavamo <strong>\u0161ta su ugljikohidrati<\/strong>, razliku izme\u0111u zdravih i \u0161tetnih ugljikohidrata, koje namirnice ih sadr\u017ee, te donosimo preglednu ugljikohidrati tablicu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta su ugljikohidrati<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ugljikohidrati su makronutrijenti koji tijelu slu\u017ee kao glavni izvor energije. Nakon konzumacije, tijelo ih razgra\u0111uje u glukozu, koja se koristi za rad mozga, mi\u0161i\u0107a i svih vitalnih organa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zajedno s proteinima i mastima, oni \u010dine osnovu pravilne i uravnote\u017eene prehrane. Problem ne le\u017ei u samim ugljikohidratima, ve\u0107 u vrsti i koli\u010dini koju unosimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vrste ugljikohidrata<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U prehrani razlikujemo nekoliko osnovnih vrsta ugljikohidrata:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Jednostavni ugljikohidrati <\/strong>\u2013 brzo se apsorbiraju i naglo podi\u017eu \u0161e\u0107er u krvi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Slo\u017eeni ugljikohidrati <\/strong>\u2013 sporije se razgra\u0111uju i daju dugotrajniju energiju<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vlakna<\/strong> \u2013 posebna vrsta ugljikohidrata va\u017ena za probavu i zdravlje crijeva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160tetni ugljikohidrati<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160tetni su oni koji imaju visok glikemijski indeks i malo nutritivne vrijednosti.
