{"id":5903,"date":"2012-10-17T11:26:14","date_gmt":"2012-10-17T10:26:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=5903"},"modified":"2023-12-02T15:01:11","modified_gmt":"2023-12-02T14:01:11","slug":"dodaci-prehrani-prije-trudnoce-i-tjelesna-masa-trudnice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/dodaci-prehrani-prije-trudnoce-i-tjelesna-masa-trudnice\/","title":{"rendered":"Koja je idealna tjelesna masa tokom trudno\u0107e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Folna kiselina<\/strong> veoma je va\u017ena u procesu dijeljenja stanica i formaciji odre\u0111enih struktura fetusa, pa zbog toga moramo paziti na njezin adekvatan unos u organizam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da unos folne kiseline prije i u ranoj fazi trudno\u0107e mo\u017ee smanjiti rizik od spina bifidae i drugih defekata neuralne cijevi u novoro\u0111en\u010dadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107ina \u017eena ne unosi dovoljne koli\u010dine folata putem hrane u onom klju\u010dnom vremenu prije nego \u0161to shvate da su trudne. A to je vrijeme kada je adekvatni unos folata od najve\u0107e va\u017enosti. Zbog toga se savjetuje da&nbsp;<strong>\u017eene reproduktivne dobi<\/strong> kao dodatak hrani bogatoj folatima, koriste dodatke prehrani koji sadr\u017ee 400 mikrograma folne kiseline svaki dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tjelesna masa tokom trudno\u0107e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dene koje <strong>prije trudno\u0107e<\/strong> ne konzumiraju nikakvu hranu \u017eivotinjskog porijekla trebaju osigurati dodatni unos vitamina B12 putem oboga\u0107ene hrane ili dodataka prehrani. Ako majka ima nedostatak vitamina B 12, i plod je izlo\u017een posebnom riziku od nedostatnih rezervi tog vitamina, \u0161to mo\u017ee uzrokovati anemiju i neurolo\u0161ke abnormalnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prehrana \u017eena prije trudno\u0107e te trudnica i dojilja<\/strong> koje ne konzumiraju proizvode \u017eivotinjskog porijekla stoga treba biti oboga\u0107ena vitaminom B12 i ako je izlo\u017eenost suncu slaba, vitaminom D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prirast na tjelesnoj masi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tjelesna masa \u017eene prije za\u010de\u0107a i porast tjelesne mase tijekom trudno\u0107e direktno uti\u010de na sam rast fetusa.&nbsp;<strong>Pothranjene \u017eene<\/strong> imaju ve\u0107e izglede da \u0107e roditi novoro\u0111en\u010de niske poro\u0111ajne mase, posebice ako ne uspijevaju dobiti potrebne kilograme tijekom trudno\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto vrijedi \u010dak i kada je dobitak na tjelesnoj masi jednak kao i u adekvatno uhranjenih \u017eena. Tako\u0111er, u\u010destalost prijevremenih poroda i smrti novoro\u0111en\u010dadi ve\u0107a je u skupini pothranjenih \u017eena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S druge strane, \u017eene s <strong>prekomjernom tjelesnom masom<\/strong> i pretile \u017eene imaju posebno pove\u0107an rizik od razvoja komplikacija u trudno\u0107i poput visokog krvnog tlaka, gestacijskog dijabetesa te postpartalnih infekcija. Novoro\u0111en\u010dad pretilih trudnica \u010de\u0161\u0107e se ra\u0111a nakon o\u010dekivanog termina poroda i \u010de\u0161\u0107e te\u017ei vi\u0161e od 4 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indeks tjelesne mase i unos kalorija<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>(BMI, body mass index) odra\u017eava stepen uhranjenosti. BMI se izra\u010dunava tako da podijelimo svoju tjelesnu masu (TM) u kilogramima s kvadratom visine u metrima (TV). BMI= TM\/(TV)2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovisno o <strong>indeksu tjelesne mase<\/strong> prije trudno\u0107e, razli\u010dite su preporuke za prirast tjelesne mase tijekom trudno\u0107e. U tablici su prikazane preporu\u010dene vrijednosti prirasta tjelesne mase u ovisnosti o pred-trudni\u010dkom BMI. Bez obzira na<strong> tjelesnu masu prije trudno\u0107e<\/strong>, \u017eene koje nose blizance bi trebale ostvariti prirast izme\u0111u 16 i 20 kg, dok bi trudnice koje nose trojke trebale dobiti oko 23 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preporu\u010deni dnevni energetski unos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Energetske potrebe tijekom trudno\u0107e rastu jer je uz uobi\u010dajene potrebe organizma potrebno zadovoljiti potrebe za rast i razvoj fetusa, ali i stvoriti zalihe koje \u0107e se iskoristiti za vrijeme dojenja. No, to nikako ne zna\u010di da je potrebno &#8220;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/polovina-trudnica-se-udeblja-vise-nego-sto-trebaju-nije-istina-da-treba-jesti-za-dvoje\/\">jesti za dvoje<\/a><\/strong>&#8221; ve\u0107 da je potrebno jesti pametno, raznoliko i uravnote\u017eeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tokom prvog tromjesje\u010dja nema potrebe za dodatnom energijom, osim u trudnica koje su u\u0161le u trudno\u0107u sa osiroma\u0161enim energetskim rezervama. Njima se preporu\u010duje unos dodatnih 300 kcal svaki dan tijekom cijele trudno\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Drugo i tre\u0107e tromjesje\u010dje<\/strong> je vrijeme kada je potrebno svakodnevno osigurati 300 kalorija vi\u0161e nego prije za\u010de\u0107a.
