Istra\u017eiva\u010di s Penn Statea otkrili su da ve\u0107e porcije poma\u017eu da organizam dulje bude sit. No klju\u010d je u tome da se najedete zdrave hrane: prepuna zdjela salate je prihvatljiva, vre\u0107ica \u010dipsa ipak nije.<\/p>\n<h3>Obratite pa\u017enju \u0161ta pi\u0161e<\/h3>\n<p>Studija ameri\u010dkog Centra za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti prona\u0161la je da \u017eene koje \u010ditaju sastav prizvoda na etiketi imaju manji BMI od ostalih.
