Potje\u010de s obala Sredozemlja.<\/p>\n<h3>Opis:<\/h3>\n<p>Nadzemni je dio tamnozeleno li\u0161\u0107e s crveno obojenim \u017eilama, koje se jede kao povr\u0107e. Podzemni je dio crveni gomolj, koji se jede kuhan i narezan kao salata, ili sirov, nariban, s limunovim sokom i kuminom, ili anisom, kao prijesna salata.<\/p>\n<h3>Sadr\u017ei:<\/h3>\n<p>\u017deljezo, bakar, kalij, kalcij, jod, fosfor, sumpor, te u tragovima rubidij i cezij, zatim antocijan, koji je antikancerozum, te ugljikohidrate, biljne bjelan\u010devine, biljne masti, vitamine BJ, B2, C i P.<\/p>\n<h3>Bere se:<\/h3>\n<p>Cvate od srpnja do rujna. Li\u0161\u0107e se bere dok naraste, a gomolji kad sazru, potkraj ljeta.<\/p>\n<h3>Pripremanje lijeka, primjena i djelovanje:<\/h3>\n<p>Antocijanin djeluje protiv tumora, jer sok sirove cikle, zbog visokog postotka \u017eeljeza, obnavlja i aktivira crvena krvna tjele\u0161ca, tako da njihov hemoglobin prima vi\u0161e kisika i bolje opskrbljuje tkiva kisikom, pa se tumorske stanice smanjuju, a okolno tkivo dobiva opet normalnu gra\u0111u. Cikla lije\u010di i leukemiju, o\u0161te\u0107enja tijela od rendgenskog zra\u010denja i radioaktivnosti, akutna fibrozna oboljenja, gripu. u po\u010detku, normalizira prenizak krvni tlak, a betain, glutamin i asparagin (aminokiseline) utje\u010du na rad \u017eivaca i mozga.<\/p>\n<p>Propisa za uzimanje cikle nema, jer je ionako prili\u010dno \u010desta u na\u0161oj prehrani. Ipak, treba naglasiti da je valja svakako uzimati u sirovom stanju, bilo izribanu kao salatu, bilo njezin sok koji se pije preventivno, u gutljajima, \u00bc &#8211; \u00bd I dnevno, zatim se smanjuje na \u00bc I kad nastupi pobolj\u0161anje, i na tome se ostane jo\u0161 1-2 mjeseca nakon ozdravljenja. Lije\u010denje ne prouzrokuje nikakvih posljedica, \u017eelu\u010dani sokovi ne oslabe. Od 1 kg svje\u017ee naribane cikle dobije se oko 750 g soka. Za vrijeme epidemije gripe, dizenterije i sli\u010dnih bolesti treba preventivno piti sok od sirove cikle. Kuhana cikla nema za lije\u010denje nikakve vrijednosti.<\/p>\n<p>Sirova, nastrugana cikla, s malo soka od limuna, malo per\u0161inova li\u0161\u0107a, ne\u0161to samljevenog kumina ili anisa, pospje\u0161uje mokrenje, izlu\u010duje mokra\u0107nu kiselinu, stvara i \u010disti krv, poma\u017ee aktivnost jetre, poti\u010de na rad \u017eu\u010dni mjehur, jetru i \u017eeludac, koristi kod prehlade i trajne promukIosti. Sok zasla\u0111en medom lije\u010di slabokrvnost.<\/p>\n<p>Cikla se mo\u017ee konzervirati za zimu tako da se, narezana u tanke plo\u0161ke, prelije vinskim octom i zave\u017ee u staklenkama iz kojih se vadi po potrebi; ili se narezane plo\u0161ke stave u glinenu posudu, preliju vodom i nakon 8 dana procijede, pa se dobije slatko-kiseli sok pun vitamina i ostalih djelotvornih tvari.
